Everyone in the office was professional and courteous. The appointment was handled well with little to no wait times. Staff is always friendly and more than willing to answer questions. Dr. Lombardi took time to explain everything.

I am visiting from Florida, brought my 80 yr old mother for an exam. I was appalled at the way she said the doctor spoke to her. Her glasses came in 2 weeks after the supposed date (which became a problem since her arm was broken), of course this was blamed on Covid. I dropped her off to pick up the glasses and they handed them to her out the door. She was told she needed an appointment if she wanted them fitted. Where I come from that is negligent. If you need an appointment to be fitted, and by the way, who doesn’t want to make sure your glasses fit and you can see with them, you should be given this information at the original appointment. After getting “permission” to see her, she needed minor adjustments. You must pay in full for your glasses at the time of your exam and then are told you can’t have a receipt. She spent over $600 for glasses. You get better service at WalMart and don’t have to break the bank to pay. My advice .... STAY AWAY!!

The staff were all very friendly, and Dr. Lombardi is wonderful and did a great job of helping me to educate myself more on my vision care. However, the way the company bills is awful! Nickle and Dime charges for every little thing, and theyre quick to pass the blame for additional charges onto their lab instead of taking responsibility for selecting a lab service that causes their customers additional expenses.

Great place to get an eye exam. My employer requires an annual exam. Im glad I made the call and came to them. I thought it was going to be a nightmare trying to figure out insurance. They were already on it and had the knowledge to know I get one free exam a year. They could have jerked me around but they didnt.

Had a bad experience with getting my glasses right. It definitely was NOT the Drs. fault, but the lady that fitted me with them was very condescending, and basically just made me feel as if it was my fault. Long story short, I left with a pair of glasses I can’t wear, just because I felt like there was nothing I could say to her without it resulting in an argument.

The staff is nice. Sometimes they get caught up in their own conversations - not a big deal. Parking is an issue depending on when you go for your appointment. Dr. Lombardi, however, is great.

I have gone to seen Dr. Lombardi a few times. He has been great. No complaints. Not the best location and the parking lot can get congested.
