Needed an extraction ASAP! Took me in the next day and pulled it! Staff are wonderful! Now I’m his patient!!! Love it here!!

My parents had an appointment scheduled for june 2020 during the pandemic. They recieved no notification stating that their appointment was coming up or still happening. Just today they recieved notification to call about their upcoming appointments. My mother called in and the reception said they can no longer schedule them for appointments that are later in the day because they missed their june appointments. Again, there was no notification. The receptionist was very rude and when my mother said she could not take an appointment earlier in the day, the reception was rude and then hung up on her. Not how you should treat older clients, let alone any. Very disappointed.

Dr. Mark and his staff take their time to make sure you are a %100 satisfied and comfortable with your visit. I like the fact that it is easy to set up future appointments and then they text you to remind you of them.Dr Marks dental hygienist Julie is on Point and makes sure you are happy with your cleaning.Dr Mark is by far the best dentist I have had in my 45 years on this earth.

If I could give negative stars I would! Can’t comment on the doctor his self because we never even made it that far! I arrived early like they asked to fill the paperwork out. After I filled the paperwork out the lady said it would be a few mins. I waited. And waited. My 3 year old needed to use the bathroom. Which is behind the locked door. I stood in the glass window for 5 mins waiting for the office lady to stop gossiping about her dramatic life. When I said excuse me she acted like I was disturbing her. After 1 hr of waiting with no one ever saying sorry or what the hold up was we walked out and will never return! I can not believe how anyone can honestly be that rude to someone coming into your place of business spending hundreds of dollars for your services! If this reaches the owner you should hire new help. Your office lady obviously hates her job!!

Everything that Dr. Rongone has done for me has completely been up to par with my standards. The easy and quick visits, keeps me going back year after year. Thank you to the courteous and wonderful staff here.
