My tooth was beginning to hurt. Another dentist told me it would be jan or Feb. They saw me immediately and were super nice. The cost was reasonable and the care above average. An investment in good medical and dental care has proven to be of core importance in my so far successful aging story. Second only to sincere happiness. Still working on that last one.

Visited this office for the first time and the staff were great. All were very informative and comforting. Explained x-rays and the reasoning for the treatment plan. Highly recommend this practice.

Have received dental care here for many years. Was referred out for a complex procedure they do not do, and the specialist raved about the quality of work he saw they had done. Would recommend that everyone practice good dental hygiene and that Berwick Dental Arts is a good place to partner with.

My husband, sons and myself have been patients of Dr. Carlin for 24 years. I cannot express how wonderful this doctor and his staff are. We have had exceptional dental care all of these years through kids emergency dentistry from sports related accidents to my extensive dental care. I have had dental problems and the related anxiety since I was a child. Dr. Carlin has always been patient and kind...did I mention patient... We are so lucky to have this dentist and his staff in our little town.

Berwick Dental Arts is becoming very unprofessional. Berwick Dental Arts never sent me a notification letter that informed me that they are no longer accepting medical assistance. I found out that they are no longer accepting medical assistance when I called to make an emergency appointment for a broken tooth on Monday, November 12, 2018. Now I have to see another Dentist that accepts medical assistance. I dont recommend Berwick Dental Arts. Berwick Dental Arts used to be a good dental practice.

Dr. Flook and his staff are very accommodating. I have not only received notifications via phone calls but also mail in the form of postcards to remind me of upcoming appointments. His staff are kind, considerate, smile and greet my family whenever we visit. We enjoy each appointment knowing that not only will their service be top notch, but also be treated like a human being.I have visited other dental offices before... many receptionist do not even acknowledge the people in the waiting room (no, they were not on the phone when I came into the office). It seemed like it was a burden for them to be at work. All the staff and Dr. Flook have been extremely nice to me and my family... ALL the time!

I took my 10 year old in to have her last baby tooth pulled. Up until this day the only thing she has seen a dentist for is to get her teeth cleaned. Dr.Flook was absolutely wonderful as well as his assistant! I couldnt have asked for a better experience and anyone with kids that need any kind of work done should see Dr.Flook!

Dr. Ermish is an absolute saint and her staff are angels! She goes above and beyond for her patients and her staff follows suit! I’m so thankful for the day I chose to go to her as my dentist. I’d never go anywhere else!!

Dr Flook and his staff are amazing. They have been able to fix the mistakes and shoddy work from my former Danville Dentist if she should even be called that. He is amazing.

Office: Horrific communication between staff, poor customer svc, ridiculous policies.Dentist seen: not good with children, harsh tactics, rude, obviously unaware of office policies.Hygienist: awesome, caring, thorough.I and my 6 year old child WERE patients of doctor Ermish. I was just told that we were both discharged for missed appointments however, when I began going there, made it known I had severe agoraphobia & at times cant leave when I need to and was told they would not require a 24hr notice in these situations...yet the 3 times it happened was cited as reason for my inability to make an appointment. So Im left with 2 teeth that broke at my gum line a week from the day they were filled by Ermish, an expired prior auth to fix it all & no dentist. As for my 6yo daughter, she was hurt by Ermish the 2nd time the same tooth was capped and left terrified of dentists..also a situation they were aware of. Prior to that incident she loved having her teeth done and was fine with going... since? weve left 2 appts cuz she refused to open her mouth & missed one because she was so scared she was vomiting when it was time to leave. I was told to give it time & late cancellation wouldnt be held against her...yet the cancelations were cited as reason for inability to schedule..All this after Ive played phone tag with the office for 4 weeks.. someone will get back to you and I end up calling again bcuz nobody ever does. Ask who I file a complaint with, and am told gee I dont know, Im newOnly positive part of it all was the Hygienist
