The staff at this Perfect Teeth location were all friendly and efficient. The dental hygienist, Ashley, was very knowledgeable and gentle. Dr. Bir was extremely informative and professional. I highly recommend them.

The staff are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always keep me informed of everything they are doing and how much it will cost with my insurance! We were reluctant to try a new dentists office when this location opened up, but the proximity to school and home was so convenient. We are so pleased we moved. Everyone is super friendly, professional and most importantly competent--weve had no problems. We are a family of four (two adults and two teens). Very minimal time away from school is needed because the location is so close to all Enchanted Hills schools.

Going to Perfect Teeth is always a great experience. Its like going to visit a friend or family member. They are all very friendly, personable, and yet very professional. They answer all questions I have had. They helped me with my new insurance when I needed help. I look forward to going there.

Worst dental place Ive taken my child to ever. They did work that was upgraded and didnt ask for my permission beforehand so they charge me because its not something thats covered by my insurance, which would have been fine if I was notified before they did the work. Then I had to call several times about it and no one knew what the charges were for. Finally the last lady that actually called me back kept blaming my insurance and kept saying per YOUR INSURANCE super annoying so I had to just accept it and move on because there were no other explanations. They keep trying to put my kid back on the schedule for cleanings and more fillings. Its all about the money and insurance claims to them. They do not care that we are in the middle of a pandemic and funds are tight. They dont care if youre a struggling single parent. I wanted to cancel my kids apt. today because of all of this and now they are going to charge me another fee because it wasnt cancelled within 24 hours. I tried calling the office and no one is answering because Im sure they dont want to speak with me. Im submitting a complaint through the BBB. This office should be ashamed of themselves. I definitely recommend going somewhere else. Everyone in the office is super fake, especially the hygienist Ashley.

I was here last week and was pleasantly surprised. I hate going to the dentist but it was a positive experience. David or Steven ( Im sorry, I forgot his name) was kind and patient, the woman who cleaned my teeth was a joy and the dentist explained the work that I needed in a clear way and was very nice to me. It was the first time I enjoyed sitting in a dentist chair.

The dentists here are all very nice and personable people. They will take care of you and make sure you are always comfortable and happy. I strongly recommend this place, and for the work I had done, I am very happy with the quality and the care that was given.

I could not be more happy with this dental office! Dr. Bir is caring, ethical, and a master dentist! He took care of my dental issues with care, his assistant Vera calmed me down and was extraordinary! The hygienist Ashley has the best attitude! I have been a patient of Perfect Teeth for close to 15 years. I’m currently a patient of the Bernalillo location since it is closest to my residence. The staff at this location are always so friendly. I have been fortunate enough to have Ashley as my dental hygienist for several years now. She is very personable which keeps her patients at ease. I only started seeing a dentist as an adult and was initially self conscious of my teeth. She have always made me feel comfortable during my visit. Because of her encouragement I went and had braces put on and recently had them taken off after 2 years. I’m sure hygienists have many clients so it’s hard to keep track of every person, however. Ashley have taken time and called to follow-up to see how a consultation from a referral went. I have had a few referrals during the years and this office have always provided any info (i.e X-rays) to the other doctor ‘s office. I highly recommend Perfect Teeth, especially the Bernalilo location.

I love Perfect Teeth. I am fairly new to New Mexico (3 years) and wasnt sure where to find a good dentist. I broke a tooth on a Friday at noon and my insurance company gave me a list of dentists to choose from. Every place I called was closed except Perfect Teeth. They understood my situation and fit me into their schedule that day. I have been going there ever since that event and couldnt be happier. The staff is awesome and the dentists that I have seen are terrific.

Had been a patient there for many years and never had any issues with them. Decided to refer my mother there since it was convenient. Everything started great and she got her dental work yet started noticing they were giving her appointments back to back. Besides paying a good portion out of pocket each time she went here I had constantly asked whether there was any outstanding balances. Front desk would respond there is a credit on the account OR they were pending payment from the insurance. Started getting bills and each time we would ask about them they would state insurance is still pending or that they had to send in a reconsideration due to a denial. Recently she got a bill which turned out to be the balance from multiple accounts from a year ago to present.. When we called and even went into the office it was stated it was for one specific visit nothing was pending from 2016. It was never explained that the balance was due to multiple visits until we had to get the insurance involved. Every time we spoke to the manager we were given a response that the claim is still pending with insurance.having incompetent individuals work for such a big organization who can not fully research account balances before they answer to a patient is very frustrating. Not to mention this office has no clear understanding of HIPPA as I was constantly calling for her and getting information or making payments or making appointments and even translating for her. a year later that I introduced her to the office it was said to me we can not release any information about this patient. I get it I was never on the list even though I should have been but seriously a year later you tell me you can not give any of her information out? THAT SHOWS HOW MUCH CARE THIS OFFICE HAS FOR PATIENT CONFIDENTIALLY. If it were not for her being my mother I would have reported this office to the state.

I hadnt been to a dentist for 15 years. I started having teeth problems so started checking out various dentists in Rio Rancho/Bernalillo. I took a chance on Perfect Teeth in Bernalillo because it was close to the house and I enrolled in their dental plan. I went 2 weeks ago and let me say what a surprise. Everyone was sooo friendly. Kim (front desk) is so friendly and kind and just down home as we say in Oklahoma. Ashley is a bubbily gal who treats you like youre her friend. She takes time to visit with you. And Dr. Lam is the best. Hes very outgoing and knows what hes doing. I had a cavity and Dr. Lam told me if I wanted to stay a bit, hed fill it. He didnt have me make an appt. for another trip, WOW how great is that! He went that extra mile. They all do here, which is why this facility gets 5 stars from a lot of people. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist and office staff. HATS OFF TO THE WHOLE STAFF HERE, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND CHEERFULNESS. Ever since my wife and I moved to Bernalillo, NM, weve utilized the services of Perfect Teeth. Admittedly, the Bernalillo facility struggled to retain a good dentist. But we stuck with them partially on the premise that Perfect Teeth is committed to providing quality service that is, in conjunction with its dental insurance, affordable. With the arrival of Dr. Jim Lam, the level of efficient, skilled care has skyrocketed. The skill level of the support personel has also grealy improved. Today I had a premanent crown installed and two repairs one on two different teeth. The work was performed exceptionally well. Believe me, I have had a number of crowns done, and this procedure was smooth, and the results were comfortable. The only hitch was a delay necessitated by Dr. Lams need to attend another patient.
