Had an appointment at 3pm for an xray, waited till 4pm. I wasn’t gonna wait for any longer, so i cancelled my appointment. There were two guys that came in after me and they were seen before me for xrays.

I came back to the dentist after a whileAnd I have to say . I’m glad I chose Enchanted hills Dentistry. Everyone was very attentive and knowledgable about their jobs specially AndreaShe is the hygienist and she was very nice and professional. I might even consider coming backHere for my next cleaning

So grateful to have found Enchanted Hills Dental. I called the practice for an emergency and was fit in right away. Dr. Graziano and his staff are professional, efficient and compassionate. His assistant in particular Leahn was so warm and genuinely friendly and her personality immediately put me at ease. Unfortunately, I have had to have a lot of dental work over the years and have had a number of traumatizing experiences but my experience with this practice is top notch. Thank you!

I was on a work trip when I couldnt bear the pain of a crown put in by another dentist out of state. I cant state enough how thankful I am that they were able to get me in and do a root canal the next morning after I called. Not only were they super flexible to get me in, they did an amazing job. The dentist was very thorough given I was a new patient and the endodontist did a a great job. I put a lot of value on quality, careful work and both the dentist and endodontist were great. If I was a local here theyd be my go to dentist.

Dr. Tram and Andrea are the best! I havent been to the dentist in over 10 years. They made me feel so comfortable. The staff is so wonderful! I would highly recommend this place!!!

I had some major dental work done yesterday at Enchanted Hills Dentistry Yesterday. I was very pleased with the way the procedure was done. Dr. Graziano did a great job with the procedure and kept my discomfort level at a minimum. The staff is very friendly and professional too.I highly recommend Enchanted Hills Dentistry

I don’t live here, I don’t live anywhere close.I’m in a different state and I suffer from dental anxiety. At this point my teeth are cracked. Left and right side. I cannot eat, and I cannot afford dental work. I want to go to the dental ER but don’t want my teeth pulled and mouth ruined. I want a dentist who offers payment plans with a down payment and empathy. It’s hard to find that, and all I have to say is please, if you get a call from anyone, to be as informative and less “money collecting” as possible. Try to give empathy and as much help over the phone as that will actually bring comfort and somebody into the office . I keep calling in TX for a good dentist but it’s all receptionist that don’t seem helpful but want you to come in for an exam. I wanna know my costs, and options over the phone based off simple self diagnostics before I embarrass myself in the office. Dental anxiety is a real thing . And just that moment over the phone of personal empathy would bring me in, and a loyal patient . But I can’t explain that to the dentists here and I’m too embarrassed to leave a review cause one day I might HAVE to choose that office and I’ll be facing my negative review. I just wanted to post this, I gave a 5 star because I would hope you hear me out and make someone else feel comforted because I am not.

My husband and I had our first appointment here recently. The staff was all around awesome. Friendly, helpful, and really clear about the options. It is exactly what you want in an experience at the dentist. Highly recommend!

I originally chose this place because they were open on the weekends and had decent reviews. The front receptionist was very nice but then everything went downhill after that. The tech who completed my X-rays was not too friendly at all. I tried to make small talk but got nothing back. There was no communication on what would happen next. Finally I was brought back to the dentist chair and the dentist came in to complete a periodontal probing. After her probing, she told me that I have gum disease or periodontitis. I am 25 years old, brush twice a day, and floss once a night since I was 8 years old. It did not make sense how I had periodontitis. I was also told that I had a cavity as well. She did not clean my teeth either so what was the point in that visit? She told me the front receptionist would come in and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to complete a deep cleaning on my teeth. The cost was way too expensive and I decided to receive a second opinion from another dentist and boy am I glad I did! I went to Dr. Cowden’s and they told me that I did not have gum disease or periodontitis. They were very honest and I know they would have told me if I did have it or not but turns out I did not have periodontitis and did not need an expensive procedure. Also, I did not have a cavity. How about that? I came to the conclusion that big corporate businesses such as enchanted hills are just trying to get your money. I did research and a lot of corporate owned dentist places always suggest the most expensive procedure with the most expensive product even if it is not warranted. They suggest these expensive procedures that supposedly need to be done when in fact they do not need to be done at all. I find that very corrupt and unacceptable with no morales at all. This place should be investigated because of that. I will not speak to enchanted hills about this further and will never return. Please heed my warning. I am not one to write bad reviews but this was needed to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I would strongly recommend Dr. Cowden’s instead as it is family owned, they will be honest to you, they will give you patient education, and are very friendly. I hope my review helps others.

I had a horrible toothache and didn’t have a local dentist since I just moved here from out of state. I found this office in a google search, was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and fill out new patient forms all online. My wait when I got to the office was less than 5 min! Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a root canal and it was painless. Now my toothache is gone. Dr. Tram and Dr. G were fantastic. Highly recommended.

The Very Best! Dr. Graziano and his family of specialists are as great as they come. The office is absolutely exceptional and so is the care that I experienced. I am very happy with the work that I had done and will be making all of my future visits to enchanted. Thank you so much!!!

I had an amazing time at the dentist thanks to everybody at this office! I came in and the whole staff was great, I felt that I was genuinely treated like family. I was able to make the appointment the day before and get in early in the morning before I went work which was really convenient. I had a couple of cavities and the dr was able to do them for me that day so I didn’t have to come back for another visit. I am so thankful for this office and actually look forward to my next visit to the dentist for once.

I have to get my wisdom teeth out and am happy that I don’t have to go to a different office to do it because they have the oral surgeon that comes on site, it makes things a lot more relaxing when it comes to a big procedure like that. Both of the dentists are really nice and care about me rather than some offices that make me feel like I’m just being pushed through for business, I am really pleased with the care I got at this office

Im terrified of the dentist. I have cried in their office, Ive called a million times and bugged the girls at the front, Ive freaked out in Dr. Gs chair and even Dr. Sasans, they are all amazing people. They calm you down and they are very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining things to you. Its hard to find good Drs in NM and youve hit the jackpot here.

I had woke up over the weekend with really bad tooth pain. I made an appointment and was seen here at Enchanted Hills Dentistry. Within the first couple of minutes of my appointment I was told I was going to need a root canal and a crown. Ive only ever had cavities and fillings so this was terrifying, but Dr. Graziano and the dental assistants were very reassuring and helped calm my nerves. The whole thing went very smoothly, and I have had no complaints. The office is clean, the staff is more than professional, and the assistants were all very friendly and very welcoming. The whole staff makes you feel like you are apart of their family and really want to get to know you as a patient. I would definitely recommend this office to any of my family and friends. You will get the best care from this place. I am a forever patient at Enchanted Hills Dentistry!

Hasnt done anything for my pain at all. Told me I should go somewhere else that will help you with the pain. They have lost my business and I will go somewhere, they started work and never took in to consideration on how much pain the Dr has left me in. They will never help you if you are in major pain, just tell you to come back in a week or 2.

Not happy with the work or the cost. Bedside manner could be improved. If you have anxiety I recommend going somewhere where they are more patient. I feel like the level of stress in the office is too high which adds to my feeling stressed.

I cracked a tooth under a filling. I was leaving to go to Phoenix the very next morning. Not only was Kelly able to get me in that night but Doctor Graziano stayed late to get my pain taken care of.Not only did there team take care of my pain but they also made me feel as thought I was family, and they were truly concerned with taking care of my pain. I can not thank you all enough for all that you did and I am looking forward to having. You all finish (the amazing job you stated) with the installation of the crown that was custom designed on site. Thank you again

I am an elderly patient who has had great dental care from Dr. Graziano and the entire Enchanted Hills Dental Team. They have taken care of my dental needs for the past few years and I am greatful for their expert service, compassion, and support. I highly recommend them as a top dental team.

Such a great office. Both dr graziano and dr hand are amazing. I’m excited to get my whitening done, it’s the most affordable I’ve found in this area of town. I like how modern all of the technology is. The team is amazing and I’m so happy I found an office that makes me feel so comfortable when I’m at the dentist!

Horrible dentist. Had a bridge done in 2017 and already needs to be replaced. Throwing away thousands of dollars because Dr. Graziono does not stand behind his work and in my opinion lacks a tremendous amount of integrity, care, and responsibility. Not someone who should be caring for others and their health. Therefore if I could leave zero STARS for this horrible healthcare provider, I would. Oh, and the filling he did on my child are also bad and need to be redone. Yeah, this dentist sucks.

I have to say I am greatful for Dr.Graziano. Im in and out of his office probably more than any of his other patients. It is due that I have a few autoimmune diseases and it fights my mouth. Trust me I try to take care of my teeth as much as possible. Includes taking all the required medications I need but I still cant really do much. I know my teeth eventually will give out on me but he does try sometimes I feel like he is a little stressed or impatient but hes there for me when I need to go. He does thoroughly explain things that I need, although theres not much options left for me. I eventually will need lots of rootcanals etc...But I definitely feel comfortable with the whole staff. I know they are probably tired of seeing me there all the time, but I wouldnt go if I didnt need to. I just want to thank everyone who has worked on my mouth.I already know I am complicated. (Not by choice)
