The right of my glasses broke. I went to wear I purchased originally and they supposedly repaired them. The next day, the arm fell off again. I went to Berkley eye care and the owner explained to me was the issue was and showed me how he repaired them. There is nothing like going to a Mom & Pop shop where it is family owned. They also have a very nice selection of frames. I highly suggest shopping there for your eyewear.

Went in and had a pair of Gucci eyewear repaired that I thought would not be repairable, great customer service.... I will definitely be returning to this location!!!

The absolute best we will never go anywhere else for our sunglasses or eyeglass needs. The service is over the top. The owners always make a relationship type setting bringing the comfort level to an all time high. Good selection of frames, but not much in the way of clip-on sunglasses except for the ones with magnets in the lens. We would have gone back to order for our daughter, but during the stay-home order when our dentist, optometrist, hearing aids office, etc. were closed, Berkley eyewear was open. I guess they thought that designer sunglasses are essential, life-saving or life-supporting service. We can not prolong the pandemic and economic pain by supporting businesses that will not do their part.

Lisa was so great helping me pick out my frames. She has a great eye for eyewear!I was also fitted for contacts for the first time. I had the best experience with Berkley Eyewear. I thought I could save money by going to chain stores and when I finally checked out this beautiful boutique style store in downtown Berkley, it became clear not only did they have a much better selection of frames and the personal service was amazing, BUT they were also so much cheaper than the chain store for much better quality!!! They also take a lot of insurances and offer incentives to teachers. Would highly recommend!!!

My boyfriend wanted new glasses but like him, they needed to be unique. This place offers great prices with TONS of options. The owner was very nice and helped him find the perfect pair for his face, he ended up ordering two pairs and I created a wish list for when I get my prescription. I would highly recommend here if you need glasses of any kind.

Lisa and Andy are the best! Lisa has a great eye and will tell you the truth of what looks good and doesnt. Andy provides great service if you ever need a repair, I highly recommend stopping in to see the great selection of eyewear.
