I’m done here. Switching most of my banking to anywhere else. They have blocked my credit twice now. Both were over disputes so I get it for 30-45 days but no, they blocked it the first time for a year and the second is going on two months. Absolutely ridiculous. The longest a dispute should take is 45 days not 60. I even told them the first time I talked to them if they couldn’t just refund it without a dispute I would eat the cost of the charges but they went ahead and disputed the charges anyway. Absolute joke.

The worse bank! If it wasn’t for my taxes already being on their way for deposit I would have been left this bank slash artificial union since they really just unite with outsiders to take money out your account. Even when it’s proven to be unauthorized they’ll give you your money back then allow the people to go right back in your account so they can tell you to pay vibe $30 more so they can stop them. I will be reporting this to the cfpb as well as other outlets too.

I really love this bank but the drive through has been extremely slow lately. Like lines to the street slow.But I will stay because I love the service here and the sweet tellers.

Great place to do your banking

They consistently have messed up things on my account. Ive been double charged for a withdrawl from their branch. Ive been charged on multiple occasions for physical copies of my statement even though I have declined the service several times. They hold checks for twice as long as their policies say.. Ill be leaving this institution ASAP.

I only use the ATMs here, but I always have a quick, easy time. They have two, so theres almost never a line.

I dont bank here, but I use their atm occasionally. It malfunctioned this past weekend and ate my card. So I have to give it 2 stars for the extreme inconvenience its caused me all week.

This is not a true credit union. Look into it. They also take advantage of low income earners with outlandish fees that are worse than bank fees.
