I have very high confidence in the staff here. I find them to be consistently helpful and highly knowledgeable. They seem to be patient with most everybody, explaining things and being just straight out about navigating the sometimes twisty paths through insurance, pharmacy regulations, and all the stuff that can be crazy-making. Theyre not just nice, they really seem to pick up on what each customers needs are, and I dont think its just me because Ive stood in line and watched them treat EVERYONE equally and with total professionalism.

If youre queer I strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs. Their staff are extremely insensitive to trans folks. Overuse of incorrect pronouns and consistently ignoring the request to not use my birth name, as well as a generally combative attitude when I inquire about my prescriptions are all things Ive had to deal with from the staff here on multiple occasions. Its been a really dehumanizing experience and completely unnecessary. Please help send the message that intolerance wont be accepted in our community by boycotting until the staff receive some training on cultural competency.
