I spoke with 2 different people for 2 different reasons. The 1st time, I think it was somewhat helpful. But the 2nd time brought me to tears. I was seeking clarity but ended up with confusion and frustration. I honestly regret recommending them to other parents in the past; hopefully they had a better experience than I did.
