Great place! All the the staff are very professional, and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They’re fully staffed so you’re not just waiting around in an office for a long time. They were busy but efficient. I felt like they processed my paperwork quickly and had me in a room within 5 min. Then I was seen by their doctor within another 5 min. When I had questions they were answered and I was made to feel like I could ask as many questions as I needed to in order to feel comfortable. The doctor explained things very thoroughly and I felt like when I left I had a much better understanding of the issue was and what my options were for treatment.I have spent loads of money for fast doctors that wouldn’t remember your face 5 minutes after they’ve seen you. This is NOT that kind of place. You can tell they really care. I recommend 100% for your cosmetic and medical dermatology needs.I don’t ever write reviews!Thanks again!

When I walked in the front desk looked professional. I was helped right away by friendly staff. They already had my paperwork so I just sat down. In a few minutes I was called to go into a room. There I was asked a few questions, then waited for the person to give me an all over body scan. I only waited a few minutes before she came in. She was friendly and began the exam. She was very thorough and removed 2 questionable moles to test for malignancy. We discussed removing 2 more miles and she had someone send a referral. My visit there was so nice! I am recommending AllSkin to a friend.

Today was my first visit to Dr Dunn. I gave a history of skin cancers and she is my third dermatologist over the years and moves. She is the best thus far. I especially loved how she explained everything, took time and patience to answer questions (even though she was informed a Dr was on a phone line for her) and friendly. Id like to start by saying I am aware that this is a small, privately owned office - which is way better than having to deal with Kaiser! I appreciate the effort this office always gives - they always promptly return phone calls, the girls who answer the phone are always sweet and bubbly, and the care always leaves me feeling more informed and assured that they will be able to help me! In this day and age, it is so nice to go somewhere that feels personal. Going to a smaller office ensures that I am known - I feel like they recognize me and that makes me feel as if they are actually aware of what is going on with me - whether its insurance, my medication, or actual care. You wont find that somewhere like Kaiser.The providers Ive seen have always been honest, great with communication, and helpful. The medical assistants are also super informative and I know they care as well. Everyone I interact with seems to be knowledgeable and hey, thats important when youre checking in on your health.Ive had some minor cosmetic procedures done there and left feeling more confident. They have a cosmetic suite on the first floor and while I dont need all their services, its nice to be aware of! I am currently using a regimen that I set up with the esthetician. I recommend their AllSkin line! I am using their Hyalluronic serum - a little goes a long way!! - and I love using the AllSkin Enriched Bio Therapy at night, especially when it was colder season to alleviate my dry skin. The pricing may seem outrageous to some, but your skin is an investment and all of their products are MEDICAL GRADE. CVS could never.Another great thing is that they are following CDC guidelines. You are greeted at the door, they take your temperature and offer handsanitizer, and I love that I always see them sanitizing the public areas.Thanks again AllSkin!!!

I’ve had several dermatologists over the years. I feel they do very good job. Usually they run on time or close to it, everybody is pleasant, medical staff appears very competent and found cancerous growths I wasn’t aware of.

I called and asked them if my insurance was covered because I couldnt afford to pay if it wasnt. They assured me it was. I very seriously reiterated my point, and again, they told me it was covered. I called the day before my appointment to ask them AGAIN, and they run the number and said that yes, that it was covered. When I was in the office, I asked the receptionist to check again because I am on disability, and I have no way to pay if my visit wasnt covered-- she said it was.The dermatologist was good.Upon leaving, they told me I owed them over $120. I tried speaking with their billing person who was completely unsympathetic. Now theyre sending it to collections because I cant pay. Seriously messed up.

Dr. Dunn is an excellent physician, and I found her because she was recommended by my general practitioner. I have found Dr. Dunn in every instance to be completely professional, very clearly communicative, and a very caring person. Despite some reviews which complain about waiting times in the office, I would have to say that I have experienced no more waiting than I would expect in certain medical situations. Because I am sure that every patient is getting extremely good care like I have received, I am patient in terms of the waiting occasionally. I have no problem recommending doctor Dunn to anyone who wants an extremely competent dermatologist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dunn for a number of years -- I have a history of skin cancer so I see a dermatologist at least annually. I really like the doctor and her staff, who all seem friendly and efficient. Ive always had positive experiences during my visits, and received prompt followup about biopsies and so forth. I recommend this office wholeheartedly.

I never once saw a real dermatologist at this office. I went there probably 3 or 4 times. They only let me see an NP. I was never examined by the dermatologist. They misdiagnosed me and made me go through several painful procedures. Their pathologists merely echod the (incorrect) diagnosis that the NP had made. I finally went to UCSF where I was seen by a real dermatologist and they diagnosed what I had immediately. If you have a skin condition that is even the most tricky, please avoid this place and go somewhere where you can see an actual dermatologist and not just the NP.In response to the reply below: I did specifically ask to see the dermatologist/Doctor on my second visit once I realized that I had only seen the NP. They told me that the doctor is very busy and wasn’t in the office at the time. After a couple more visits, each time with the doctor “being out of the office” I became fed up. I asked multiple times to be scheduled with Dr. Dunn but they only had openings for her NP. So while I was never “denied my choice of provider”, I was effectively stonewalled from seeing a doctor. Even if Dr. Dunn could have diagnosed my lesion correctly, they never took a photo of the lesion, so I know for a fact that the doctor never once saw the lesion before subjecting me to multiple costly and painful procedures. Each time I was charged the price of seeing a dermatologist, but I was being seen by someone who, by definition, does not have that level of expertise, and I suffered for it.

An extremely disappointing and very frustrating experience! Had an appointment, paper work completed they made me wait and was not clear how long ‘2 minutes’ actually was!!!I paid $40 co-pay but never saw the doctor. An assistant took my information, input in their system and the waiting game begun!Very very bad experience! Such a disappointment especially when one needs a good dermatologist.

I am a new customer been happy with my NP office visits. I am writing this after over 8 times calling the office during office hours; no answer from the attendant, no voice mail. Very frustrating, the office manager needs to get some help with the office day to day operations, or lack thereof. I am trying to make a Dr. apt or to get a medicine refill. SO maybe you might see this and call me back im done trying to reach an office that doesnt care about its customers. At least that is the way it feels when no one can answer the phone at a place of business during business hours. Sad customer service.

I was looking for a new doctor to replace my Walnut Creek doctor since i live in Berkeley and have for the past 4 years. Really appreciated the staff at all skin dermatology they were helpful and fairly friendly. My doctor was Dr. Bhosai and she took a look at me and gave me lots of samples and discount cards and was very knowledgeable and funny. Really appreciated how helpful and nice she was.

The doctor and NP use a variety of treatments and in-office surgery. They have also referred me to a MOS surgeon for cosmetic cancer surgery to reconstruct my ear structure.I have had a lot of facial cosmetic procedures at the office . Botox, Restalyne, Blue Light, IPL light for spider veins on my cheeks.The NP manages most of my procedures and performs with excellence. The doctor handles surgery and other treatments.They both deliver 5 Services and Results.Flawless service for a decade!
