I was did a hardcore tricep workout over a week ago. My tri’s normally are sore for a day or two ....but this time it was over a week. My mobility and range of motion was very limited. I dropped into Dr Shakeri today and told him what happened. He adjusted some « spindles » akin to rubber bands in my arm. As I was leaving the office I lifted my elbow above my head to test and OMG it went straight up. For past wk I could get past 45 degrees! Thank you so much Dr!!
