Love this place!!! They have helped me so much. I have been coming here since I was a Jr in high school and now that I am a junior nursing student I need fast and inexpensive treatment often. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! I always feel better leaving here and wish I could afford to come more often.

I have been a patient at The Joint-Berkeley for about 5 years. I visit nearly weekly to maintain a healthy alignment. I appreciate the familiarity the staff have with me. I can trust that when I have a particular issue or concern that time is taken to ensure I receive the necessary information and support. Dr. Matt & Dr. Damon are probably my personal favorites for adjustments (likely because of the regularity) but honestly every DC Ive seen have been great!

As far as being a new customer (2-3 months) this is definitely a unique and affordable option for anyone trying to find a chiropractor that’s as flexible as you are, and you’re not restricted to one healer or another. You find who and what techniques work best for you, come in as much as you like. And the part that got my attention and then my loyalty. The prices are not just affordable but it’s “ask whoever referred you what’s wrong with it” cheap (maybe because I’m coming from the city but even then I still haven’t found anything of better value or close). After being skeptical and observing as if everyone’s in on a far reaching chiropractic conspiracy, I was a believer. So much so that I drive 1-2 days every week across the bridge. Pay toll even in traffic, rain, hell or high water. Try out a consolation you won’t regret it. Not paid, not fiends, just another honest Bay Area local review.

Laurent and Matt at The Joint Chiropractic on Telegraph Ave in Berkeley have been skilled in treatment of my chronic back pain for years.They take the time to really listen to my symptoms and react by adjusting treatment. Dr. Colvin is an incredible doctor and chiropractor. I have been adjusted by him religiously since 2012 when I first began performing locally and internationally. He has brought me back from multiple hip, back and hand injuries and helped prevent countless more. Ive been going to the joint for the past 3 months and Im pleased with the service they provide. The staff are knowledgeable and professional.Update 03/17/21 Id really like to continue to rate this establishment as a 5 star place, unfortunately do to my recent few visits with wait times averaging 45 minutes to an hour I can not continue to rate it as 5 stars. I was told that the increased wait times were due to loss of one of their staff, in my time with the joint Ive seen at least 4 different staff members, I suspect its come down to 1 or 2 and they cant keep up with demand.Walking out today I about ended my service with this establishment, unfortunately a couple of months earlier I made the hasty decision to join their 6 month plan. Mainly because some woman that was not even in the office for any duration that I was there (over an hour) and she was seen before me or anyone else in the office. If a place is listed as a walk-in only establishment, you have to understand people will use the amount of people currently in the facility to gauge how long theyll have to wait. If youve waited for an hour and youre the only one in the facility and yet youre told that you still have multiple people ahead of you, can you understand why that would be extremely frustrating for people with time constraints? At least do better to let people know the wait time as they come in or maybe change your format to an appointment based facility if you cant handle the demand.

I’ve been under the care of Dr. Colvin and his fellow chiropractors at The Joint in Berkeley for six years. They always take extra good care of me, and keep me healthy and active so can keep running, cycling, swimming and feeling generally fantastic! Each and every one of the staff members are caring, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and provide superstar service.

After seeing several chiropractors over 20 years I am very happy with the joint. I like your adjustments a lot Laurent, the woman whose name I do not know was extremely gentle and effective, dr. Walton is outstanding and Matt seems to adjust me the best.

Ive been going this location for a couple years and am always impressed with the quality of treatment, which especially has to do with Dr. Colvins approach in spending some initial time identifying problem areas along the spine. I think a lot of chiropractors (even ones which cost 3-4x as much) tend to just do the same bag of tricks on everyone, but Ive pretty much never had the same adjustment twice here. The icing on the cake is that Dr. Colvin and the other doctors/staff are great people and always so welcoming!

The Joint chiropractic in Berkeley is a treasure! Laurent Colvin DC is an excellent chiropractor, and hes hired a great staff which includes other great chiropractors! Its drop in, woohoo! Often with no wait! The hours are generous and the prices are the best in the Bay area! He can crack my neck , where other chiropractors have failed! Superior sneak attack skills! Great wrist adjustments for carpal tunnel too! I have been to many chiropractors over the years, and Laurent and Sue, whom I have worked with, are top notch!

Ive been getting chiropractic care for over 30 years, the last 4 of which have been at The Joint, in Berkeley.My neck issues are chronic; some days are especially challenging. But even on the worst days I know that Ill find immediate relief at the Joint. Theyre open from 10 - 7, every day of the week, with no appointment necessary. I just drop in and Laurent, Matt, Damon, or any doc in the office will take care of me.Im truly grateful for the Joint in Berkeley. I cant imagine not having them there to help keep me going.

I came weekly for about 1.5 yrs then stopped needing it as much and just came whenever I needed it. Them Covid hit and too much sitting and back pain came back so started coming again. They with PT have been helping. They clean their tables after every patient and I feel better after going there.

I do not have words to express how amazing and incredible Dr. Colvin is. He is a fabulous chiropractor. I feel like a new person after every adjustment. He is super knowledgeable, takes the time to answer any questions patients may have. He genuinely cares about his patients. I was having lower back pain issues due to continuous sitting at work. Dr. Colvins adjustments are greatly helping alleviate the pain. I also had a miraculous turn-around from a sharp mid-back pain due to a slip in the bathroom. The pain was totally gone in a very short time of 2 weeks with about 5-6 adjustments! I would highly recommend Dr. Colvin and his clinic. Other chiropractors at his office, including Dr. Walton, are really awesome too!!

The first time at the joint was great but thats how they get you. Honestly its Not worth it felt rushed every time I went in. Matt is the only one that took his time. Everyone else got me out of there in under 5 minutes they do the same techniques every time and it dont help. If youre gonna go ask for Matt hell take care of you.

Outstanding Customer Service!

This place took such good care of me! I was on a business trip in Berkeley and was suffering from awful headaches. The Joint was able to see me promptly, run me through a thorough but fast checkup, and fix my neck problems so I could get back to work. I was most impressed with the gentleness of the adjustments. Ive been to several chiropractors, and the head-twist move always freaks me out, frequently making me more tense. This doctor waited until I relaxed and did a much more gentle adjustment than Ive had before. It felt better immediately, and stayed in place longer, keeping my headaches at bay. I cant wait to find out if the Joint location near where I live is as good as this guy! And you sure cant beat the price.

The ability to drop in when I need to is a great aspect of customer service that leaves me guilt free When I cant make it when Id like to.The Docs on duty are personable and professional!I have already recommended it to a few friends.

LOVE this place. I like the fact that you can drop in without making an appoinment and the price for a visit is more than reasonable. In regards to the staff including the guy who sits at the desk they are all so nice and relaxed.I have problems with my back and am so relieved to have found this place.

I love i can swing by anytime sans appt. and so affordable. Laurent is very personable too. Parking is a breeze. Tall ceilings big windows open airy feel, nice contrast to typical claustrophobic chiro offices.
