The staff was nice and very welcoming. My first time going here. My cousin recommend this shoot me. My braider was Medina, she was nice and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I will definitely be coming back.

Went years ago to have my braids taken down then twist put in. They did a great job. A guy from the ivory coast was my stylists. I was told he no longer works with them. I am returning tomorrow for Micros, so I will give an update on how it goes after my appointment.The appointment went well, they were quick and friendly

Jesus!!!! I am so disappointed! I drove over 50 miles to get my hair done at 10am. The lady that did my hair didn’t come in until 1040am. Then talked over my head almost the whole 6hrs. I was ok when she stopped to eat and care for her son. But when I nicely told her she wasn’t doing my hair as asked. She begins to speak to Medina in her language and start been rough in my head. I turned and asked her was she ok? I begin to speak in tongue because my flesh was rising. One thing I do know once I hit these knees it’s over. Any witch or warlock better look 👀 again the BLOOD of Jesus Christ is against you! . Touch not my anointed and do my Prophets no harm. I have respect for Medina but these braids are falling out 3 hours later & my hair has been burnt. I guarantee you the battle is not mine it’s the Lord.Then another lady said I asked for singles and got twist. When businesses start giving services like this it’s time TO GO!!!!!. Waste of time & my hard earned money.Sincerely,The wrong Intercessor 🙏💯.

An okay shop but I will be going somewhere else. Their prices is good but the their styles of braids are hard and tough. An I really dont like how they part your scalp.

I had to press one star to comment. I give this braid shop a neg. 5 stars. Where do I start? 1. Braids fell out daily. 2. Customer service is awful. I texted and got no response, apparently owner was out of country...yeah whatever. 3. Everyone working can braid great but they didnt want to braid my hair and talked about me in their language while I sat in seat. 4. I got a cash refund minus tip because all three ladies were rude and mean to me. Im half black and I have good short hair. All I wanted was a Mohawk style. Not hard. I always refer my huge network of celebrities because Im always asked about my cut. I will find another braider 2 treat me with kindness. Im a black breast cancer survivor stage 3A and suffering bow with mental health issue due to long term opiot use. 5 years or hell & I cried walking home. She hurt my feelings so many ways. I would never refer or go back. Ever. I am letting health department shes breaking rules and BOB go ANYWHERE IN BAY BUT DONT GO HERE! I wanted a re-do since they charge too high...and no one out of 3 women could do it, yet they did 2 weeks prior. Her niece did them wrong. So I did the long... take down and they said I should have waited to show them!?? Hello I did text and I am not going 2 have braids fall out each day its embarrassing. Geez. Ok rant is over

Their work is ok, not great. They will sit up and talk mess about you going back and forth in their language and English. Schedule an appointment then have you wait an hour before they actually start your hair.

Extremely unprofessional and rude all I needed was 2 small braids on the side I called around 1pm the very rude lady told me she could do it later then I called later she said later I called later then she said she didnt know by this time is going to be almost impossible to find someone else..I asked her for a time and she refused after I waited all day and have to be out of town by the morning...poor business and I will never ever go there nor will I recommend..
