Not impressed with the sales staff at all. My husband cannot wear a mask due to PTSD. There were no other customers in the area when he went in to discuss ordering some glasses. He stood less than six feet from the employees to hand his prescription over and discuss his needs. At no point did they mention him not wearing a mask or step away to provide a six foot distance. After a good 10 minute discussion it was determined that they could provide exactly what he needed. When he was ready to look at their inventory they told him that they couldnt help him unless he wore a mask.This experience shows that these employees are lacking professionalism and common sense as a customer service provider, and knowledge of how a virus spreads.

This place is super slow and unprofessional,Wife has appointment at 2 today,half hour letter she still waiting for glasses already paid.If you have appointment you will wait at least an hour or more.I should just give one star.

What a great experience!My husband broke his glasses 400 miles from home during the Covid restrictions. The staff at this Walmart optical was able to fix his specs into wearable condition and then charged us nothing because they couldn’t guarantee them. We will definitely be going there to order new ones once they can begin accepting orders again. So impressed with the service and friendliness!

Ive always had great eye care, consults, and service here. I can get affordable contacts here and they ship right to my house within a week. My glasses are still pricey but thats my lenses. They have a wide selection of affordable and stylish frames, including Drew Barrymore and all the big Brands. My whole family gets their eye wear here.
