I got a corneal abrasion on Friday evening and Im writing about it just over 48 hours later with next to no pain because Dr. Totten graciously squeezed me into her schedule not once but three times.She took her time and didnt rush anything even though she was busy, and she had me back in (mostly) working order in just over 24 hours from when my kid stuck his finger in my eye.She was also very patient when I had to keep closing my eyes from the pain, and worked with me for several minutes trying to get a contact lens into my eye to protect it, and then out the next day. (I dont wear contacts, so this was especially difficult).I have had a corneal abrasion before, and my experience with Dr. Totten was night and day better. If (God forbid) it happened again, she would be my first choice.Im always worried about what if this is out of network, but the office staff told me the retail price of my visit was only $24 more than my copay. They said shes in network with my insurance and I hope theyre right, but if things go sideways as they too often do with insurance, its nice to know we wont get slapped with some obscene bill.I cant speak to the experience or cost of buying eyewear there, but besides the cost of the office visit, Dr. Totten was so helpful I felt I owed her a 5 star review.

Have been going there for years. I absolutely love love love the staff. They are friendly and professional. The doctors are extremely through. And they are all about customer satisfaction and eye health. Definitely have and will continue to recommend them.❤

I give this a one star because we have been calling to make a appointment for my daughter but then all they say is we will call you back later and they never do its been over like 7 months and they never can make a appointment.

I love the Benton Harbor office Teresa and Lisa is professional and friendly. When my family I come in they treat us like we are family. Definitely recommend, great service and a amazing team!

SOLD ME GLASSES I COULD NOT EVEN SEE OUT OF THEM, CLOSED UP BECAUSE OF COVID AND WHEN THEY OPENED BACK UP THEY SAID IT WAS TOO LATE TO HELP WITH THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION THAT THEY MESSED UP AND DIDNT OFFER A REFUND, WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

I stopped in on a Monday and saw Teresa who helped me select a nice new pair of glasses. I’ve never had glasses before and I’m not the most stylish person so I relied a lot on her suggestion. I got a call on Friday that my glasses were in so I stopped in and was greeted by Lisa and Teresa. My new glasses look great and I highly recommend the Benton Harbor location. I’ve gotten many nice compliments and got great service and a great product at a great price.

Lisa was friendly and so helpful. A co-worker of mine recommended this location because they take our insurance. I had a really good exam with the Dr. and Lisa helped me pick out frames for glasses and sunglasses. She was knowledgeable and honest about what looked good on my face. I would recommend this location and will continue to go there.

Professional eye care experience

Charged me for glasses that my insurance would have paid for and then they turned around and charged my insurance too, rude and incompetent, untrustworthy, threw away the glasses and went to a real eye doctor who said RX is snotty and has poor business ethics

My son is only 5 and can be a real handful when it comes to things he doesnt want to do. Everyone was great with him, the dr was very patient and understanding. Then they did a great job explaining it to us. Jen was great with helping him pick out his glasses. All in all a great experience.

I been calling for an appointment. I called back only to hear that you booked up. Why wasnt this information given to me when I called like three times. The people their gives you misleading information not a good place for business.
