Dr Ben and his professional staffs are amazing. I have come to this clinic many times and each time I was more satisfied than before.I have had dental fear since I was a child so I am especially nervous going to the dentist. Ive been to many dentists over the years, and this is probably the best one. I have found this dentist to be trustworthy and organized. The staff is attentive and considerate of patients well being while operating.

Really really rough cleaning by the hygienist mentioned in all the reviews and the additional work that was done left the same tooth area more sensitive than before. I don’t have good dental insurance for reference. Cancelled my next cleaning appointment because I won’t be coming back here anymore.

My visit to Belmont Plaza Dental was a surprisingly positive experience. I have had dental fear since I was a child so I am especially nervous going to the dentist. At first meeting with Dr. Ben, I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and I immediately felt at ease.I needed a lot of work, two crowns and several fillings later I came back for a cleaning and was equally impressed with, the hygienists skill and gentleness. I asked a lot of questions and he was very thorough with his answers. What a relief for me.

Not fond of dentist visits, but love going to see my buddy Juan for cleanings. He is terrific!!Met new office staffer, Julie. Very nice and efficient. But, I Still miss Frank everytime I go.😉

My first time back to the dentist in over a year because of Covid. I was very impressed with how organized and careful the office was. . . From the Front Office Manager, to Juan the hygienist, to Francisco the dentists assistant, and finally to Dr Ben, they are all knowledgeable, personable, and professional. My first time seeing Dr Ben, and he is the best! He really took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each question. Yesterday, he extracted a bad tooth for me and I actually told him, after the procedure, that it was a pleasant experience. . . he was very gentle and efficient. Im sure not everybody can say that about their dentist. Ive had some rough dentists in my years. Today, is the next day after the extraction, and I barely know I had a tooth pulled. . . no swelling, no bleeding, no pain. Thank you, Dr Ben. . . see ya next time. .Juan is the best! He is gentle, but very thorough. . .he has been cleaning my teeth for years. . . very knowledgeable, personable, and professional!

I have been going to this dentist office for a little over 10 years and I couldn’t be happier. The office is not only super clean but the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Juan is my go to dental hygienist because he does an amazing job and he’s very attentive to your needs and checks on you regularly to make sure you’re confortable. Overall I recommend this dental and that’s why give them 5 stars!

Dr. Ben is a great friendly dentist. I, my wife and 13 year old son have been his patients for some two years. His staff are also exceptionally competent and friendly. I cannot recommend him too highly!

They are very thoughtful and answer all my questions and it feels that they are professional and caring. The only reason why I didnt give them the top rating is that they are out of stock on a powder antibiotic and I would think if they were low on it they would have ordered it in advance and had it in stock.

Staff are all very friendly, courteous and respectful. Ive never had an issue with any appointment. Dentists are professional and my appointments are always on time, Ive had issues with Western Dental in the past so I switched to Belmont Plaza Dental a few years ago and Im really happy I made the switch.9/18/2019 - I just wanted to update this after a few more appointments. Competent, skilled and caring are words that describe this dental practice. I am so satisfied, and my teeth look and feel great.

The office manager, Frank, is very good at taking care of patients. He explains the procedures needed and costs in plain English. He generally shows interest in the patients well being and is attentive.Dr. Nicholson is very skilled. I needed a deep cleaning and a root canal. Both procedures were mostly pain free. That was huge for me because I was expecting to be in a world of hurt. Dental offices get a bad wrap in general, but these guys do a good job.

My Dental Coverage (UnitedHealthCare) covered MyCaps being done at this facility.As MyTemporary caps were put in,I had to wait for their LAB to send ThePerminent ones back.My Bill ($2,000) was partially paid ($800.00),and I called about WHY ThePermanent ones were taking so long because its going on 2 Months now!Making that decision to go somewhere else (because of their Waiting period) was asked,TheReceptionist was rude & unprofessional,and stated that THE FULL Amount needed to be paid first BEFORE ThePermanent caps were to be put in!And that IF NOT,and I wanted to go somewhere else,they were Keeping my $800.00 paid towards my $2,000.00 (Out of Pocket) bill;which MyInsurance covered 75% of TheWhole cost,which was approximately $6,000 and some change!Now Im having trouble getting my $800.00 which was already paid;which IS NOT Gonna happen!

Dr. Lourd is professional and personable. The office staff worked with my schedule. I will not say I look forward to returning to the DDS office any time soon, but when I do, I look forward to Dr. Lourd and her office staff providing me with their care and service.Randall Venerable

Im a new patient at Belmont Plaza Dental Care but was still fitted right in as I had a somewhat urgent situation, very impressive. The office is modern and clean, the staff was professional and courteous during my visit, and I was quickly referred to an endodontist for a same-same day appointment, even more impressive! Im now in the process of rootcanal retreatment at Bay Area Endodontists, which I can also recommend. The only reason Im not giving five stars is that I havent had any of the real work done at Belmont Plaza Dental Care yet, but will update after they have put the new crown on my rootcanal. If that goes well, I will get my bi-annual cleaning done there and start routine dental care with them. So far so good, thank you!

After having the same dentist for more than thirteen years I was faced with having to find a new dentist because I changed insurance providers. Unfortunately the dentist I loved didn’t accept my new plan so I had to find a new dentist. Since I have some professional experience with dentistry I know what to look when looking for a dentist. I found and choose Dr. Nona Volfson with Belmont Plaza Dental as my new dentist and I’m so glad it did! Three months later I had an dental emergency and needed to be seen right away. I called and talked to David and he was so pleasant and accommodating and got me in right away. My tooth had become infected and I needed a root canal. I was in excruciating pain and Dr. Volfson was so caring and sensitive to the pain I was experience and took great care and concern to make me comfortable. She conducted a thorough examination, took her time, was gentle and constantly asked how I was doing throughout the procedure. Upon completion, they told me I would most likely experience some pain and gave me medication for the pain but I didn’t even need it. Once she was done, the pain was gone and never came back! I highly recommend Dr. Nona Volfson and Belmont Plaza Dental.
