This clinic is subpar at best, and actively harmful at worst. ive been in and out of this clinic, and the multiple therapists ive had here often dont know how to handle my mental health, i had a prescriber here almost put me on antipsychotics for saying i was working with my therapist to get a DID diagnosis, honestly just go anywhere else, compass wise program is leagues better then this clinic

The way Compass Health is connected to many different out reaches is amazing. Honestly a true highlight of living in the Whatcom county.

My therapist cancelled on me 3 times in a row, same day as the appointment, all within a 4 week period. I had never met them before, never contacted by the therapist themselves but by staff telling me that they went home sick.

Get better, more polite staff. Especially the receptionists. I am shocked at how they talk to mentally ill people. I would not recommend this place at all if you are actually seeking mental health treatment.

Good service and friendly

So this has nothing to do with the therapists or clinicians, well maybe that one who wont refill meds, but the organization has become horrible to deal with since compass health took over. I am now waiting to be seen by a medical provider at Interfaith, so I can be refered to mental health, so I can wait 3-9 months for service. After giving up my primary doc of over 10 years. God bless America!

If you want to be left without meds for days, left with nobody to talk with and no help. If you want subpar treatment and disregard for the medical needs you have...This is the clinic for you.They absolutely will fail you. Speaking as someone who has multiple grievances against this clinic, every time it switches names and tried to rebrand as something other than a total sham. Case by case therapists have been okay, the Nurse line is a joke at best. Seek out help elsewhere if at all possible. Id give negative stars if I could.

Dangerous. A PRIVATE meeting with a counselor ONLINE through SKYPE, unsafe as it is, was given 2 medications. One I didnt want yet somehow they had filled. Nice charge to my insurance. Second they gave me a medication which gave me seizures and have done NOTHING to treat me. They have NO business practicing medicine and I have proof of abuse and fraud.

The dentist who saw our foster daughter was very rude and disrespectful. He questioned why she went by a different name (she is trans and has a legal name and a girls name she goes by) and kept pushing it and saying her legal name was perfectly good name. No respect or awareness of trans kids. And she has past trauma that makes the dentist very difficult and he was condescending, called her a ding dong when she wouldnt open her mouth. We have not been back and are taking her to another dentist.

I take my son there.i feel they give to many drugs instead of drugs and alternative medicine, a balance. It was messing with his body.

My Councler is nice and helpful , good place to go 👑🗽🐇

Unity Care has a better mental health system in my opinion

I talked with two people. One of the ladies treated me with respect, while the other one was very pushy and made me feel horrible. The same woman proceeded to use my preferred name while my mother (who doesn’t know I’m out yet) even though I kept trying to tell her that I’m not fully out. Overall, I left feeling worse. Maybe work on your staff?

Mental health facility that has its ups and downs. Some great providers, some so-so. In my opinion it went downhill after Compass acquired it.

Started working there 2 wks ago. They were a little disorganized getting me oriented. However, the staff have been helpful and seem to be doing a good job treating the patients.

A morass of dim, disaffected, and petty individuals, whose sole purpose seems to be self aggrandizement at the expense of their clients. Avoid at all costs, and seek help elsewhere.
