Calling Sea Mar Bellingham Washington is horrible!I waited 2 hours on hold! I then hung up and called back and left my number in the cue to have them call me back. Never got a call back. It was now 5pm and they’re closed. Crazy! I have to cancel a family member’s appointment for the next morning! I called and talked to the after hours place. They said they’re not allowed to take messages from patients! LOL!You have to be kidding! They need to do something about their call center.Signed: Not happy! 😡

Needed a covid test. Was hung up on multiple times after 30 min plus waits. Really degrading when you search for help and they turn you down. I understand you guys have alot of volume of calls. But dont hangup on people. Lame.

I went in and the nurse checked me and waited for over an hour for the doctor to come and then was told she went to lunch. Service is ridiculous and inefficient!

Good location with new building. Staff are extremely helpful. Teleheath has been an adjustment but nothing unbearable.

Went in for covid testing with a family of five.Got all of our results back within 24hours!!! So fast, so friendly. Theyre open 1-4 but only take the first 30 people.The MyChart app is hit or miss, but they call you with the results before the app updates anyway.

They literally just take the phone off the hook can’t get ahold of literally anyone and always so slow at getting u in

Ive had good experiences with this location for the last year but unfortunately just had my first negative one. Came in 15 minutes early for my appointment and was seen on time by the nurse. After being shown to the room and having the preliminary stuff checked, we were left in the room for 30 minutes without a word. We finally had to leave with no word on when we would have been seen. This was especially frustrating as I canceled a very important appointment for the opportunity to be seen today.

PLEASE! If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19, DO NOT Use this facility for testing! Although testing is conducted in your car, they require you to exit your vehicle to stand in a long, crowded line with other potentially sick people to check in. If you or someone else is exposed in line immediate before the test, it can result in a false negative. Please do not use this facility until this oversight has been addressed.

I have been calling every day for a week and have not been able to get a person to answer the phone. I have been on hold for an hour each call listening to that horrible music every time I called. My son is a bout to run out of his prescription and I am worried about him suffering withdrawals when he runs out. I am switching clinics today.

Staff were friendly. I was seen quickly. My ills were assessed efficiently and the doctor soon had me on my way, treatment in hand. I cant recall the last time I liked a doctors office. Would recommend.I noticed another reviewer has trouble parking. For those cyclists out there, there is a rack to the far left of the entrance.

Seamar bellingham have terrible dental. I came in for an appointment to get my chipped tooth fixed. All they did was Xrays and didnt even work on my teeth. They Scheduled an appointment for me for December and its October. Why a 2 month wait. And all they tell me is 4 teeth need to be pulled because theyre too lazy to fix anything on me!!!!

I really enjoy going to Sea Mar. Everyone I met was very warm and friendly. I was a bit skeptical before my first visit based on the other ratings, but I was in and out in less than an hour with a checkup, flu shot and lab work all in that time. I never waited longer than 10 minutes. I just wanted to put a positive experience on here since only the bad experiences seem to be vocal in these ratings.

In spite of the negative reviews I read, I called and made an appointment because I live so close to Sea-Mar.My call was answered in a timely manner by a pleasant voice. She was forthcoming in answering when I questioned her about the bad reviews. She said, at times, the wait could be 30 to 45 minutes. Which is the norm where I come from.She answered my questions about the number of doctors there, their specialties, etc. She was informed and very personable.I will write another review about my experience at Sea Mar after my appointment.

Such a joke of a doctors Office. I needed test and to get cleared for a medical procedure and have been going back and forth signing the same paperwork for them to tell me ok we will get down for you right now. Then have to go back the next day plus they messed up my bloodwork by incorrectly filling a tube, and didnt inform me about it tell three weeks later now Im down to 1 day to get them sent in when I originally went in three and a half weeks ago 🤬 switching doctors ASAP what a f n Unprofessional place seriously dont bother. This is not the first time being dissatisfied with Sea Mar either, have had multiple disappointments, like they dont take your health seriously

There are some very caring, king, and hard-working staff at SeaMar. But.. the set up leaves the staff too busy, and not making enough money. Ehh I guess this is just the world.. capitalism is our main religion. I have a few friends that work here and love working in health care, but are so stressed. My family goes here and we like it, but we see that the clinic needs better management and treatment for the workers.

Early when my little was a baby I loved that the WIC clinic was right there and only have kind words for the WIC staff.However - they never called me back when I tried to get an emergency appointment for my daughters high fevers, they dont have appointments for a month out and the front desk ladies are RUDE, un-compassionate, and frankly screwed up my billing constantly.Take your babies somewhere else!!!

They never answer and when they answer, they just take the phone of the hook, I can listen to everyone talking, terrible customer service, unbelievable!

Been there several times and they have been so helpful and accommodating. We were new to the area and they got us in quickly, and Dr Stephenson could not have been more thorough, compassionate and knowledgable. I have some serious health issues; he knew where to send me for other services, went above and beyond with getting me what I needed. He is the best dr I have ever had, and played an instrumental part in saving my life. I will always be grateful. Would give more stars if I could...

The staff are friendly. I have a great pediatrician. I just wish the people or patients would adhere to the privacy of others in a clinic setting.

Save your self maybe years and refer to another ortho since these guys are too packed can even make a convenient appointment anymore ...

Worst care imaginable. They put me in a closet for 2 hours which they claimed was a multipurposeservice room. With toilet paper&cleaning supplies stacked in the corner. The doctor was completely unprofessional& his rebuttal was then find another doctor.

The VA takes long enough on their own, I shouldnt need to wait an extra 9 days for someone to send a ****ing fax because they forgot.

I had an accident that required me to go to the E.R. with shoulder and elbow pain. They took an x-ray and said nothing was broken and follow up with my Dr. My elbow has been getting worse, and now I have barely any strength In My right arm and I am in horrible pain all the time. I was told today that I have to be a regular patient to show I need pain pills. So they dont do what they can for the best patient care, they make sure they only hand out necessary medications to people they know.

Beyond atrocious. This is an outrageous excuse for a clinic. The receptionist was snotty on the phone and in person. The nurse repeatedly ridiculed my fiancee and kept insisting we were there for pain treatment despite repeated attempts to convince her otherwise (a refill on a routine medication). Ignoring my fiancee, the nurse then attempted to interrogate my ten-year-old son, repeatedly demanding to know where it hurt. I am a health care professional myself, and urge you to seek any other option. DO NOT GO HERE.

Their subpar medical services will kill you. They refused to listen to my boyfriend when he said he was having stomach discomfort. He was in there weekly and multiple doctors dismissed him, saying it was heartburn despite all of the symptoms which did not include heartburn and heartburn medication not working. Turns out he had stage 3 colon cancer! Thank goodness we advocated and pushed for a colonoscopy. We had to ask the doctors multiple times before they would make a referal. On top of that, they claim we owe money when we paid upfront for services. The front desk staff did who knows what with our payments. So if you have death wish, then by all means, Seamar is the place to go.

This is the worest seamar i been too and let me said you guy are lose your best doctor and the nurse are rude and call taker need learn how answer phones and they care about one group dont go there you waste you time

Unfriendly staff that isnt helpful at all and hung up on me when trying to talk to the nurse for no reason. They dont care about you or your health dont go there.

The sign that says Dentist points to the wrong desk. The receptionist thought I was late when I was actually early. She asked me to sign a form saying I had received privacy papers that I hadnt received; when I pointed that out she said Well I could print those off for you... The technician (who is new) didnt know how to put the weird USB x-ray device in my mouth without causing pain. The dentist was interested in telling me (twice) that he believes people should all have their wisdom teeth taken out when theyre teenagers - which would require a time machine to be relevant to me - more than he was interested in actually checking out my mouth... He later had to ask which tooth was it again? when it clearly has a gigantic hole in it... Neither the dentist nor the dental assistant understands the scheduling system to explain to me when I will expect to come back (Im on a wait list but Im expected to call at 8:am to see if Im going to be able to get in)...

Dr. Shannon Boustead, PA Nils Schultze and staff have always given me excellent and thoughtful care. Sometimes it seems they have a crystal ball they consult even when Im not present to be examined and therefore produce a diagnosis that transcends the ordinary.Let me add that Ive visited SeaMar Cordata, for myself or with others, often since arriving in Whatcom County in 2012. I have NEVER seen any anyone being treated in less than a courteous and professional manner by doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, lab staff or clerical and admissions folk or anyone else at this clinic. I first posted this note in 2016, if memory serves and I had a complaint as well my positive remarks. Parking spaces, I noted are far too NARROW...and too few! Well, Please Note! Not only have the spaces been widened, but there are now dozens more parking spaces and a (hopefully live) duck pond surrounding the clinic! Now thats service! Thank you, Seamar Cordata!

The Dr Boustead is a horrible physician. He changed up my regular prescriptions that I had been taking for months and were working for me the first time i seen him. He did not care about my needs and insisted I follow his plan, in which I was not comfortable with. My next visit I seen his Nurse Practitioner because of the meds he put me on were causing me to have uncomfortable pain and urinary retention. The nurse read directly from the computer screen the entire time and did not know anything. They then suggested I go to a Urologist specialist who confirmed the medicine Dr. Boustead prescribed to me was the reason I was having these issues. Never going back to this place again with egotistical Dr.s

Showed for appt at 800am, waited over 2hrs! Place is a joke!

Inadequate, incompetent and extremely poor practices. Would follow their procedures for refill medications that would take up to 2 weeks or more for them to refill because they had lost records of refill. I will get numerous calls from office relaying same messages from different MAs regarding prescriptions or appointments being rescheduled all within days of each other. For 4 years made appointments regarding back pain and doctor would have me bend and touch my toes then run her finger down my back and say nothing was wrong and to take tylenol or advil. By the fourth year I was unable to stand, sit or walk. Finally saw a visiting physician in the office who referred me to an orthopedic who then sent me to a neurologist where I was properly diagnosed with 4 bulging discs in my neck and spinal stenosis of my neck. I feel the treatment received or lack of, runs along the lines of malpractice and failure to treat. I have decided to fire my physician through this office and take my healthcare elsewhere. From heart medications to basic stomach medication I have been through too many mistakes on their part and will no longer have them put my health in jeopardy, because that is what they have done.

Theyve literally saved my life more than once!
