Zero stars would be a better option.When I want to go somewhere and feel like a human atm, this will be my place of choice.I went in for a very basic treatment that I probably could have done at home, but thought, no, since this is so simple, I should only have to pay my co-pay.I guess it is my bad for not asking how much it would cost, which doesnt feel like something you should have to do when dealing with your health, but I guess thats the world we live in.I was billed an insane amount for something that took 2 minutes.Hate this place and their greed.

This place needs to be shut down.Dr. Rob at Peacehealth Bellingham Washington accepted a prank phone call from my EX BOYFRIEND even though I had zero emergency contacts. The NEXT TIME I used emergency services, his little prank phone call got me involuntarily institutionalized for 3 days.Shannon the social worker was VERY CLEAR that she WOULD NOT write me a letter of witness when I went to sue the ex boyfriend because frankly, it makes the hospital look horrible.They call it protection.

Was on hold for the billing dept. from before 4:40pm until 5:12pm on a Monday, when abruptly and without any warning, the call terminated. they hung up.I completely understand that the office closes at 5pm but I also know that 21st Century telephone tech. exists so that you can turn off the incoming phones lines without terminating calls of those who are on hold.Total lack of tact and customer service skills.But then, theyre the only game in town so why bother.

So I was in the Peace Health surgery center at East Tower yesterday all day. I have to say I’ve never been to that hospital and been treated so well!!! My surgeon Dr. Chad Thomas was absolutely so kind and so amazing and he did my surgery in a third of the time that they had blocked out for me I woke up feeling great. They didn’t shove a whole bunch of medicine down my throat that I didn’t want, if you know me you know I’m not big on medication. They really let me manage my own pain and it was a beautiful thing! I was out of surgery and then out of the building by one in the afternoon. Another huge and very important thing would’ve been how nice and how understanding all the nurses were. I know my surgery was a complete choice on my part and a lot of women don’t understand why someone so young would do something like what I had done. But regardless of their views they were all so respectful and supportive and wished me all the best.Thank you to the whole staff in the east tower this last Friday morning! You all made it so much easier and comfortable!But before my surgery I fought hard to be approved to have My tubes removed and Dr. Thomas was the first person to actually hear me out and support me in my decision and I’m going to be forever in his debt and forever very thankful the whole staff that works for peace health. They were all absolutely amazing and deserves a fantastic review, so more women my age or whatever have the ability to make the choices that they feel are right for their body regardless of what everyone else thinks.

Great service. Smart nurses?workers?. Just dont be late for the appointment or they will charge you $$.
