This is directly and only related to Dr. Keith Swan.Terrible service, lazy, half-@$$ed, pre-occupied, over promise, under delivered. Where to start? I choose to go to Keith because of severe back injury that needed every angle I can get for treatment.A friend recommended going to an Osteopath. He told me about all the years of training and practice they learn in combination of other forms of professional healing, ie massage therapy, chiropractic, physcial therapy as well as being a medical Dr. This sounded too good to be true! Well, with Keith it most definitely is.Session 1:When I first walked in I was told we could bill my insurance the same as how we do for my regular Dr. AWESOME! Only a $25 co-pay. Well turns out they screwed up the billing OR they could never actually bill as primary Dr only - so it got billed as a specialist which meant I had to hit my deductible of $2000 before insurance would take over. Fortunately for me, Keith proved to me how bad the service I was going to receive would be after only 3 visits. I knew at 2, but I had to make sure it wasnt just me, so I went 3. The first visit was actually the best because he told me everything would be taken care of with insurance and he could fix me right up. So he just did an evaluation and some simple movements to check how my body is using itself. Then he sat me in his awesome full body massage chair! Little did I know that chair would become the best practitioner in the room.Session 2:... heres where the walls start to crumble. I brought my most current XRay and MRI for my back in order to give Keith a better understanding of what was going on from soft tissue and bone point of views. I was really excited to finally find someone who could really help fix me! Id been suffering with a debilitating bulge disc in my lower back from the hard work I do working in the Oil Fields and at the P66 refinery in Bellingham. Well guess what, 15 min later he couldnt get the CDs to work on his computer. We just sat there for 15 min while he tumbled over himself struggling to sit in his chair which all chairs have become too small for him. He said hed look at them at home with a better computer.With the remainding 15min he got me on the table and just touched my low back where the injury happened. Thats it folks. For 15min just held his hand in one position right there breathing loud. It was awkward. I asked what he was doing, he said he has to re-align all the neuro-pathways in the spine stemming from my injury. Sounds nice !! It did nothing. That part can be debated. I didnt challenge him on that. So I recieved 15min of care and 15min of watching him struggle to open a CD After these awkward 30min were up, he said, Thats it for today!I said, seriousily? youre going to count the time it took for you to not even make the CDs work as Therapy time. Which by the was is about $400 per session give or take $50. NOW only because I said that, he allowed to let me sit in the most competent practitioner in the room again. THE FULL BODY MASSAGE CHAIR BABY!!!! ||| After session 2 I was pretty upset.||| Before session 3 started is when I found out they were billing my||| appointments as SPECIALIST care, which again is all out of my pocket||| until I reach $2000. So Im like $700 deep at this point cause the initial||| visit is an hr and cost extra.Session 3:(Continued) -------->

I got a concussion at 56. It threw me for a loop. Dr. Swan has aided me in getting back to myself. I soooooooo appreciate his work. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Best care that I have ever received. Been dealing with a lower back injury for years and have been through every treatment you can think of with slim to no improvement. Dr. Swan does amazing, miraculous things. things. Went in today feeling miserable and walked away feeling up beat and rejuvenated. Very professional office top to bottom. Clean and modern facility. I would highly recommend Bellingham Osteopathic center.

What a treat to have these folks here in Bellingham. I am finally back pain free since seeing Keith back in March. Amazing staff and a holistic approach as they offer a vast amount of treatment options.

Keith has done wonders for myself and the rest of my family. Very knowledgeable with tons of experience.

I see Dr. Swan and he has helped me immensely. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which causes, amongst a variety of issues, serious hypermobility in every joint and sometimes dislocations. He is able to gently manipulate my ribs, pelvis, hips, and any other thing I come in with that’s out of place. I didn’t know what to expect coming in, but osteopathic treatment will remain part of my treatment protocol for the foreseeable future. Regular visits have allowed me to live with significantly less pain. There is no cure for my disorder, so management of symptoms is vital. Both Dr. Swan and Dr. Stanley have shown genuine care and concern for me as a person. Even the receptionists there are just helpful, efficient, and caring. I have to see a lot of doctors to manage my care, but this is the only doctor that I actually enjoy going to.

Lucky to have them in Bellingham. Great people and great physicians.

Afterall he was THE ONLY OSTEOPATH covered under my insurance, and if the last two were flukes then I could continue to see him and reach my deductible and go to all the remaining visits for free for the next six months til year end. Worth a shot I said.So I did, no grudges. First think I was when I see Keith. (which had been a week since session2) Hey ! Did you get a chance to look at my XRays and MRIs I gave you at home since thats where the good computer is.He said...... NO ....... not surprised here.That set the tone for the rest of that session. He came up with a bunch of excuses, but never apologized. The session was the same as the second just minus the part where we waste half the time trying to get a CD to work with me sitting in his BIG MASSAGE CHAIR !! wooooaahhh! Lit ! I never went back. I really didnt think he deserved a single dollar from me. I never deserved to even waste my time, or talk to me. All he really he did for me was waste my time and cost me about $1200 or so, which after 1 full yr now, I only owe $100. I called the shop 2 weeks ago and explained this and I felt that I should not have had to pay more than $300 tops for the entire thing. But I did, because I am a good guy. I only had $200 left on my balance and I asked for them to just drop it off my account. They would not!I paid $100 more that day and told them to talk to DR KEITH RIGHT NOW about it and he needs to resolve this!!Well 2-3 weeks later I have not received a phone call. but I did receive another bill.... for..... $100. Ummm... Kind of funny how that works. Customer service at its finest especially from someone whos supposed to help people.Dr Keith. help resolve this issue and Ill delete this post and maybe just maybe Ill write you a good one for being someone who has integrity. Because right now you deserve less than a 1 star !!!!
