Have had an incredible experience here. Scheduling is easy and the front desk worker is always friendly and helpful. My care from my doctor here is so personal and thorough it has opened my eyes to what I should’ve been expecting/was missing from past healthcare providers. I couldn’t recommend this team more!

I have had a great experience here. My next appointment will be my third time with Dr. Bonnie. She is very professional and i felt i had a safe space when talking to her about my concerns. I’m so happy i found her! I look forward to working with her for my medical concerns. The Staff is super friendly and the wait time was minimal when i was there for the appointment. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received from Bonnie and her staff. My calls are promptly returned and any questions or concerns have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. I find the entire office to be warm and compassionate and I’ve never waited long to be seen. I was referred to Bonnie by another health provider, I’m so happy I found her and would recommend her to any of my family and friends.

I love going here. They always make me feel so welcomed all the time. The desk lady is super nice and so is the nurse! Bonnie was so helpful and made sure I was checked for everything possible when sick. When I explained her an issue I had with getting checked due to past stuff she was very very nice about it and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all! They are wonderful!

Yikes! I will not be returning to your practice. First, whenever I come in for an appointment I usually have to wait a half hour to 45 minutes for them to set up. AND that’s after I am checked in and waiting in a room. Second, Dr. Bonnie Sprague has no idea had to speak to people who have anxiety. She made me feel like a drug addict and didn’t take me seriously. Told me to go get some natural supplement (I’ve been down that road before many times). I called her after hours for help and her tone was awful (bothered and annoyed) and she had no idea how to speak to someone suffering with anxiety. She flat out told me to calm down. I don’t usually right reviews or email. But I really had an awful experience with someone who is supposed to care and help. I got what felt like a laugh and a tell me to relax. I wouldn’t recommend going here!

My favorite doctor that I have ever been too. Bonnie, is so honest and clear about the steps that need to be taken in order to achieve optimum health. I also really appreciate her approach to becoming healthier.

Dr. Sprague was knowledgeable and proactive about getting me the care I needed, as well as helping me transfer to a different provider due to changes in my insurance. The other staff were very kind and helpful.

They actually are willing to treat you not just give drugs. Bonnie is open to natural help along with medicine. Always easy to get an appointment. Willing to deal with more that one health issue at a time.

My whole family uses this clinic and we have had great success with it. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is that the wait times can be a little long (show up on time, still wait for another 30-40 minutes). I have never had any problems with bad communication or lack of knowledge from staff. I do recommend this clinic.

I adored Bonnie and had great faith in her care for years until recently. I was having the same health issues reoccur. After the 14th month of this and a medical crisis involving an ambulance & ER visit, I asked if its possible that something was missed. Bonnie yelled at me and literally told me to shut up. She was then rude to my 80 year old mother when she asked a question. That was my last visit to the clinic. I got a new primary care provider and was accurately diagnosed (with serious issues that had been overlooked) in a matter of days. I have now heard of others having a similar experience. Having Bonnie as my care provider was actually detrimental to my health which made me sad because I really liked & trusted her. I wish her all the best but no longer have faith in her as a healer.

Well, I was going to give this place a chance. After one call and they were so inconvenienced I then read the reviews. Im so grateful for google reviews. I need my health issues taken seriously.

This place is built on lies and deception. First off, the google page and the website says that this place has DOCTORS AND PHYSICIANS in it but when I showed up they told me they are all really nurses. In other words, they are trying to mislead people into thinking they are real doctors when in fact they are just nurses.They misdiagnosed me on 3 separate occasions, finally I went to a REAL MEDICAL DOCTOR instead of a nurse and got the diagnosis and treatment I needed immediately and doing much better.Their office is incredibly hostile and wont let you transfer medical records easily. I had to call 7 times before they finally sent the medical records over to my new doctor.In summary, I recommend you find a real doctor instead of these people who got their fake doctorates out of a cracker jack box.

Ive had hit and miss experience with the desk staff, but according to Bonnie that has been remedied.
