Dr. Stackhouse removed my tonsils and was so nice and helpful. He really made me feel at ease. By his nonchalant attitude about the procedure, it made it sound like it was no different than tying a shoe for him. After I left, I was given his direct cell number to text with any issues. I did have to reach out a time or two for small concerns (Im a pretty big baby) and he got back to me really fast.I appreciate the work from the whole team! The nurse who got me all ready to go and who was in the surgery room was so kind (she brought me THREE warm blankets), the anesthesiologist was nice and didnt kill me. Thats something I look for in an anesthesiologist, you know?The operating room is tiny and right there in the office which was cool and made it less scary too.The discharge nurse was nice and gave me drugs and a popsicle. Explained in detail to my mum, who picked me up after, everything I would need to know.I was definitely well cared for here and if I ever need anything else from Ear, Nose and Throat people, I will for sure come here!

I was referred for a biopsy because I have a history of melanoma and I had a growth in my throat that had grown from 3 to 5mm in 4 months. Dr Stackhouse was 1/2 hr late. He took a very brief glance and said he knew what that was, and sent me on my way with no info as to what it was called, whether it needed treatment or if I needed to do anything.
