I had a root canal done here and it went pretty well, despite failing a few months later requiring extraction of the tooth. Not sure if I can fault the doctors for that, so it doesnt drop down to 1 star.What I CAN fault them for is the absolute uselessness of the support staff. The whole office is staffed (or should I say understaffed) with useless airheads that cant make appointments, send or receive referrals, run the equipment, transfer files to a CD, or even UNLOCK THE FRONT DOOR DURING BUSINESS HOURS.In order to get them to do anything you have to explain everything three times like youre talking to a child. Once you get to the doctor, everything goes pretty smoothly but getting to that point is like pulling teeth.

I went to North Sound root Canal Specialist as I was in a bad position of having to go for a implant at the cost of 5000.00 but I was lucky to get a referral from my dentist to go see DDs, PS Richard M Simcock as it was recommended to see him for a root canal to try and save the root for a crow instead. I was a bit reserved as most anyone would tell you their no fun and can be painful I can state I didnt feel any pain at all and very little soreness for day after didnt even need any aspirin and most important I was more than impressed he saved me from having to get a implant. he also has a more than wonderful support staff that do a great job to making sure of your comfort and keeping you informed of what you need to know. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs a root canal that would eliminate any fear of getting one.

My husband got an infection after getting his cavity fixed at the dentist, he was able to make an appointment soon with north sound root canal specialists, and they preformed two root canals. We were also informed that if we could not afford to pay immediately we could use care credit to pay before the root canal, and we soon paid off the credit and then received a check in the mail just the other day from north sound. My husbands insurance ended up paying for more than they thought they would initially, so we were extremely happy, especially to see how honest they are to do such a thing, Im sure some companies would have pocketed the cash. Anyway, he has no more tooth pain!

I had an emergency root canal and I got an appointment quickly,. The staff were insensitive and the doctor was condescending. More importantly though, I paid up front right after the procedure and when I got my insurance paperwork back, it turns out they had overcharged me. If I hadnt looked at the insurance statement, I never would have known. I called several times and finally got a billing person who confirmed that I had overpaid. They said I would get a check in 6-8 WEEKS (it took mere minutes to take my money, but weeks to get it back). Got nothing in the mail and called back exactly 8 weeks later. They made up a ton of excuses and said that a batch of checks was ready to go out soon. I got a check in the mail and a letter saying that I had overpaid the next day (not a coincidence) that was BACKDATED by months (to the date of the procedure). SUPER SHADY business practices! If I can avoid dealing with them in the future I will.

I went in for a root canal and it was the easiest dental work Ive ever had done. Quick and painless! The staff was patient and compassionate, too. I had no pain after the procedure. Hopefully, I never need another root canal, but if I do I know who I will call.

Sadly they have refused to give me a copy of my CBCT Scan and refused to give me my Paystubs from Sept to November even though I have asked many times. They legally have to provide these. They have many other workplace violations.There is a reason they have such a huge employee turnover. Please support offices that treat their employees fairly.

North Sound Root Canal Specialists are Amazing!! Everyone in the office is so caring and kind. I dont have a local dentist and they were fantastic working with my out-of-area dentist to get an appointment. Dr. Severin was very professional as well as compassionate. She clearly explained everything before she started and then walked me thru each step of the procedure. She answered all of my questions (some of them twice because I was so nervous.) Her approach gave me complete confidence in her. Best of all it was pain free!!! Evelyn, who was assisting Dr. Severin, was also so sweet and reassuring and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The office is beautiful and super clean!!! Could not have been a better experience. I highly recommend!!!! Thank you to all for your care!!

Best root canal ever! Ive had several but this one was a very pleasant experience. Every person I talked to, from the front desk to the billing staff to the assistants and Dr. Carlson, was pleasant, conversational and did everything right to make me feel cared for. The office is ultra modern and inviting, with obviously new and modern equipment - even the chair was soft and comfortable. Dr. Carlson administered the anesthetic shots with zero pain and conducted the root canal with a minimum of fuss and a running explanation of what he was doing and how things were going. The explanation of after care was clear and backed up with good written instructions about what pain and antibiotic medicines to take and when to take them. Best of all, Ive had absolutely no pain, swelling or any discomfort of any kind. Hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I know where to go.

I had my first root canal done this week by Dr. Simcock. It was the easiest dental procedure Ive ever had. Quick, easy and painless. The staff was so nice. Amber helped me to whole time and even rubbed my back during the shots! Plus best of all no more awful tooth pain.

I am amazed at how painless the root canal procedure was. Ive had root canals done twice before that were extremely painful, but the team at North Sound listened well to my request for the best pain prevention possible and it was honestly the least painful dental visit Ive ever had. Ever!I know the anaesthetic will wear off and that Ill have some pain and discomfort soon, as is to be expected, but I am 100% impressed with their professionalism and high standard of care.I will be recommending North Sound to anyone I ever hear saying they need a root canal!I also didnt get to thank the doctor in person, I dont even know his name, but thank you, thank you, thank you

Wow!!! Simply amazing, from the moment you walk through the door. I was greeted with a smile asked if I needed anything to drink or if I had any questions. My dental assistant was friendly and a master at distracting me during my shots. Dr. Severin was very friendly and obviously concerned for my wellbeing and comfort. Even the lady who did the billing was very compassionate to me. Overall this was the most pleasant double root canal ever.

Dr. Severin and her team were amazing! I had a root canal today the whole experience went great. Everything was explained to me and I’m happy to not be in pain any more!!! Definitely recommending North South Endodontics!

Had an emergency root canal done because my regular dentist didnt have available slots that week. North Sound did an amazing job. Staff and doctors were great. Very professional, nice and friendly. Was my first root canal and they took all my fears away. Easy peasy, no pain and quick. Very clean clinic and facilities.

I recently had to have two root canals done. From moment I called and explained my situation and how much pain I was in, they were able get me in the same day. Dr. Carlson was very gentle and explained everything along way. I hate shots and he was very understanding and extremely gentle. They told me on the phone before my appointment how much it was going to cost me so there were no billing surprises. I Highley recommend Northsound the office is beautiful and staff are great.

Against the objection of my second molar, North Sound Root Canal gets five stars. Very good experience. My second molar will get over what happened earlier today and grow to appreciate Dr. Severins handiwork.

I had a lot of anxiety about my root canal, but Dr. Severin and her team did an amazing job and took the time to explain the procedure in detail with me. The staff were all extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Doctor does great work, office/equipment is super nice, and they accommodate you when needed.Had some issues with billing and information given to me, but after working with the manager we got it all sorted.

I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Amber Severin, DDS, at the Bellingham clinic and was amazed at how well the whole procedure went. First off I was extremely pleased that they could treat me within one day of contacting their office as my tooth ache was quite severe, preventing me from working or sleeping. I was impressed from the moment I step into their modern office. All personnel, from the front office receptionist, the assistant, to Dr. Severin, were all professional and kind. I had never had a root canal before, so each step of the procedure was explained to me by Dr. Severin. Being a dental professional myself, I appreciated the compassion and competence shown to me by the assistant and Dr. Severin throughout the procedure. Best of all, my tooth pain was totally gone! Thank you Dr. Severin and staff for taking such excellent care of me, I truly do appreciate you all.
