Very impressed with the customer service focus.Front desk check-in was quick, courteous, and smooth.Exam was very detailed. Each step explained as we proceeded.Time spent with doctor after initial exam was much more than I have experienced with previous providers. And as with initial exam, doctor explained each step concisely and thoroughly.My first visit was due to a spot (not a floater) appearing in my field of vision that did not go away even after 4 or 5 days. Doctors detailed exam and explanation of cause put me at ease and assured me I need not worry.Second visit was for vision test for eyeglass prescription. Again an in depth initial exam followed by a full, detailed exam and review with the doctor. The eyeglass prescription was right on target and no adjustments were necessary with my two new pair of glasses.I would highly recommend Fairhaven Vison Clinic and doctor Andrew Barber and his team!

I’ve been going to Fairhaven Vision Clinic for nearly 30 years even though there have been other vision clinics that were closer to my residence. I’ve always been very satisfied with the services provided. Additionally, Dr. Andrew Barber arranged with the Northwest Eye Surgeons for my cataract surgery and later for the laser treatment of the lens capsules to greatly reduce the cloudiness that impaired my vision. He then did the follow up procedure for a small correction in my eye glass lenses. I’m grateful for these services.

Fairhaven Vision Clinic is an excellent eye care clinic. The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. My appointment with Dr. Barber yesterday was right on time and the eye exam very thorough. They dont push you to buy new frames just because of minor changes in prescription which I respect. If you do want new frames however, Bonny is there to help and does a great job getting the perfect fit.

Dr. Klinnert and the eye technician for the pre-testing were both prompt, thorough and kind during the exam. I saw an ultrasound of my eye, which was fascinating. Always an excellent experience at Fairhaven Vision, and a bonus is that I can walk to and from there. We are lucky to have Fairhaven Vision in our neighborhood, and in Bellingham!

The doctors and staff at Fairhaven Vision are very personable and thorough. They always meet me with greetings and help with any requests I have. Friday 9/6 I woke up to an urgent vision issue and Fairhaven Vision fit me in for a morning appointment! I was relieved to discover it was a situation that would soon self resolve- scratched cornea.Thank you for being there!

The staff were great and I was seen quickly. The doctor spent time with me and helped me understand what was happening with my vision. It is a small, local establishment and I highly recommend it.

Been going here for 5 years. Decided to start going to a different clinic after an unpleasant experience with one of the doctors, but these guys will do you fine. Exams are a little more on the expensive side, and reception is wonderful :)

I have been going to this clinic for about 30 years. In the beginning, Dr.Aarstol worked thru some issues with with my eyes after an injury and got me to successfully wear contacts. Of late Dr. Klinnert is continuing with that care. He is so thorough and exacting. Ive been helped with several different people on staff over the years and all have been so easy to talk to. Fairhaven Vision------the best, better than all the rest.
