Not the best. I made an appointment fo a physical and was advised that there would be a virtual assessment before scheduling an appointment, which I took to mean that they would ask me a few questions on the phone and then I would see the doctor. On the day of the virtual assessment, I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time before the office finally called. They asked my height, weight, blood pressure, etc. Like how would I know my blood pressure? Then I spoke to Dr Gee for about 10 minutes and basically realized I would not be having an in-person appointment- this zoom call was it. She said they would be ordering labs and I could go in at my leisure to have them done. Still waiting for the email order for those labs after 6 weeks. Hope I dont have any serious issues. But they did bill my insurance for $400. So theres that. Maybe find someone else if youre looking for a PCP.
