WARNING ⚠️ this Dr office will try to con you into paying more for CO~PAY. Be very cautious!

I’ve going to this doctor for a while . I didn’t really care at first because I was always being referred to specialists but even if , my review still counts for the few times I had to visit . The place is a mess it seems like it needs some extra hygiene Staff is very rude, they make me feel unwelcomed every time. Elizabeth shouldn’t be at medical profession by any means. I had to call several times every time I need my prescription filled. And still she won’t authorize it. Elizabeth never apologized and it seems like management are taking her incompetence very lightly. Do you understand that sick people deserve more of your attention at your job?? I will definitely do my best to have you penalized for your lousy attitude and your lack of professionalism.

Absolutely terrible place. I wouldnt take my dying enemy to this location. Dirty rude staff cant meet appointment times left me sitting outside in the sun for 2 hours bc they wont allow u in the lobby. Only except cash BEFORE you can see the dr. Does not have the ability to process credit card payments in the year 2020. This dr is garbage and runs his business as such. DO NOT GO HERE! it looks like a crack house.

Very great doctor. have been with him for over 5 years and he has always treated me great. i love him. and whoever says other wise is lying because they werent able to get their narcotics

First off they never answer their phones and when they do you get vague answers . My husband needed a referral for a othopedic Dr and he got one ... a pediatric ortho Dr . When my husband called to get the issue fixed nobody and I mean nobody tried to do anything for him ,he called for the referral himself because we been getting nothing from this office . Such a shame that they do t try to help but are quick to take a co-payment . Think it’s time to look for another Dr .

This office never answer the phone?Opens at 8:30am (Mon~Fri) but never answers after these hours, why do you have a phone in the first place...bunch of lazy staffs

Have been with Dr Virgilio Panganiban since 2003.He is one of the best Doctor.He treated me and my husband good and he takes time listening to our health concern.

Went in for a issue with my hart and got told to go to A eye doctor to get glasses....I will never go here again. had the feeling of being rushed out, he didnt even let me fully explain my symptoms.

Dr. pan is been my doctor for over 20 years through broken bones high blood pressure I’ll kinds of other elements I’ve had and he’s always been readily available and happy to see me I would recommend Dr. pan from most anybody

If you look sick then he will prescribe you drugs. If you look well, you are wasting his time. GO FIGURE!!!!
