What a terrible experience. I just walked out of there with my 13 year old daughter. Dr Gigi spent less than 10 seconds looking at her mouth and right off the back said that the insurance will not cover braces. I asked if after a full evaluation it can be submitted to the insurance and wait to see if we get a denial. She refused to even take pictures or an X-ray and said the insurance will be upset if she’ll submit the request to the insurance. All because my daughter has United health care community plan and they want cash. An absolute waste of time and no compassion toward patients!!

I have had a great experience thus far with the Smile Station. Everyone is very hospitable, professional, and knowledgeable. I shopped around for awhile to find the perfect fit, because lets face it this process isnt cheap, so you need to be comfortable with the orthodontist and office you choose. I am grateful that I didnt settle in my search, and made my way here. I am more than pleased with my decision!

I love this entire practice!!! The doctor is great with the kids. I love that he tells you everything that is going on. Any questions I need answered or concerns that I may have are addressed immediately without any hesitation. At first my son was very reluctant to come, being that he was very nervous and scared. The doctor made him very comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and extremely nice. They take the time and effort to make appointments around busy schedules. I would recommend this practice to any and everyone.

I was referred to the smile station by my dentist and I must say that I am very pleased with the service. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr GiGi is so awesome with children. My son is 10 and had to get braces for the first time and Dr Gigi has made his experience painless and every visit fun with her humor. The office is very modern and they have the latest technology. I highly recommend paying the office a visit.

My experience was a good one. Both my mother and I have gotten braces here and felt right at ease with the process.Doctor Gigi and her staff are pleasant and attentive and make you feel right at home. Follow up appointments are easy and can be made any time you need one.

The Smile Station was such a welcoming office and made me feel so comfortable and calm the staff was amazing! Very helpful with the all day the questions my godson had to ask about getting braces put on! I just had to write a review and let everyone know that this is such a nice office and great staff! They are great at honoring your appointed time and not making you wait when you have an appointment. The orthodontist was very throrough, honest and informative and the hygienist very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m glad we were referred here for my daughters journey with braces.

The Smile Station is clean and their staff is great!!!! I have never had more than a 5 minute wait and they are always able to fit us in for last minute appointments. My daughter is 12 and she has popped wires and broken brackets on more than one occasion and they have always fixed them quickly. My daughter loves the doctor and all of the staff. I HIGHLY recommend them for a beautiful smile! :)

I really love it here because its very clean and the workers are so nice to my children. They always keep me posted with appointments and how my child teeth are doing. Defiantly,a recommended to my friends and family.

I cant recommend Dr Lorino and his staff enough. My son is a patient and he loves them all. It is hard to find such a caring group. I also love that the office is open and you can speak to the orthodontist while your child is in the room. I believe that really puts the kids at ease. Not to mention the results he has had. Unbelievable that they are same teeth.
