With all the things going on in the world they allowed a employee to use the N word in front of the only African American employee that works there !!!!!

This is under new people in the office! Friendly they was everyone of them! Reading the reviews I almost didn’t go! Glad I did they told me the shut it down and redid the staff because the old staff had to many complaints!

They have a whole new staff at their remodeled Belleville office and theyre very personable. Ive been told that theyre opening up in Alton too. I highly recommend giving them a call.

This place has the worst customer service!!!! I received a bill for 400$ For a service my insurance covered but had to have labs sent in by the office. I made dozens of attempts to get them to send it in and nothing . They kept sending me bills and saying they were going to turn my account into collections. After calling and making several complaints they finally sent it to insurance and guess what!! My insurance payed the bill. Brenda the woman they say is in charge of billing was so unprofessional and yelled at me several times and accused me of not wanting to pay my bills. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

If I could give no stars a I would! This a a very fraudulent place and I would never go there again! I’ve called in about 20 times to try to get my labs sent over to my insurance company so they would cover my visit ( which they do) and no help whatsoever . The lady in billing was extremely rude and unprofessional to me on several occasions!!

Great staff, crotchety doctor. She never asked about me, my habits, or what Ive tried. She didnt care about my weight loss to date, or if Id tried phentermine in the past. She asked a couple of questions, asked me how I was paying, and then I left. Her apathy was almost humorous.The doctor was also was blatantly annoyed at the fact my kids were there. If she didnt want to work in a place where kids were allowed, then maybe she should work somewhere else.

Staff was very rude! Don’t bother making appointments because they will see you on their schedule regardless of your appointment time. Do not recommend this place

Staff was friendly enough, and the prices werent terrible. My only complaint is a significant one though. The so-called phentermine they give you is total junk. Ive been on phentermine in the past and can tell you that REAL phentermine will stand you on your head. Youll have to take something to sleep at night its so potent. The stuff they give you here looks like the fake phentermine that made the rounds at internet pharmacies for several years. Real phentermine (adipex) is a white pill with light blue specs mixed in throughout it. The fake stuff is a white pill with what appears to be navy blue specs painted on the outside only. This is exactly what they give you at this clinic. It might as well be a sugar pill. You can take three at a time and still feel no effects whatsoever. Its nothing but a waste of time and money. Find a weight loss place that gives REAL adipex or dont bother going. Stay away from SI Medical.
