First time at a Trader Joes. Wide selection of goods, unique stuff too. Reasonably priced, very friendly staff, clean, carts available.

This is my favorite grocery store. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is colorful and welcoming. Selection is good and some things change seasonally, so its fun to try new things. Food quality is also high, but the cost is reasonable. I definitely recommend it!

If this crew couldn’t get any better… From making my daughter fell extra special with these fresh flowers on our shopping trip with her baby twin brothers. then helping me carry my groceries to my car. I dont love asking for help but they make it fell like a home and like they truly love to help. Plus we love all the fresh fruit.

Trader Joes has some interesting items, but mostly too expensive in my opinion. Id like to see more non-GMO, simple and natural ingredients and organic products. I liked it better fifteen years ago.

I had a WONDERFUL experience here. I stopped by just after landing from Seattle, WA and was graciously greeted. Ezra, one of the awesome employees, was so kind, helpful, and gave my friend and I the best recommendations. He was personable and friendly, just as all of the other employees were as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience and noteworthy recommendations.

First time going to Trader Joes! They had some good products, good prices on quality items, the store is smaller than I thought it would be, we will go there again.

Always great alternative to the typical grocery haul. Happy, friendly staff and great organic options. Nice craft beer selection and I love the quick aspect to a lot of the frozen entrées. The bagged salad mixes are my go tos.

I really love shopping at Trader Joe’s for multiple reasons but my last visit was a testimony to what happens when an organization hires quality people and treats them right. I had a question about the purity of a product so I asked an associate. When Susan couldn’t answer it she rallied other team members there to inquiry and when they couldn’t, she got my number, did some research and called me the next day. Why can’t other organizations learn from this proven model? Keep up the great work!

I love all of the cool finds in trader Joes that you cant get anywhere else. The staff is always so sweet and willing to help when you need it.

On a busy Friday afternoon, all employees were cheerful and attentive. Well stocked, incredible selections. Prices were amazing value, in my opinion.

How can you not love this place? Lots of natural, healthy, unique foods to choose from that you cant find in your traditional supermarket. I love the frozen foods as there are lots to choose from and I can enjoy a healthy, delicious frozen meal at work by just popping it in the microwave. Theyre not your typical frozen dinner like you see in the frozen food section of your local supermarket. They are more reasonably priced than Whole Foods which I like but find to be overpriced. Great wine selection too. I also love their frozen burgers in particular the Quinoa Cowboy Vege burgers, and chicken fried rice. So much to choose from!

The people who work at Trader Joes take such pride in their work ! They are helpful, and always smiling. My cashier gave me a greeting card that I was sending to someone else. Their greeting cards are spectacular for only .99 ! Their flowers are at wholesale prices. I particularly enjoy the limiting of the number of people in the store and cart sanitizing. Its not over crowded. Their food is of very good quality ❗They make grocery shopping fun❗

Can I just say how amazing Deb is? Not only does Trader Joes rock as is, but Deb is an absolute asset to TJs. She has gone out of her way to get to know my fiancé and I. So much so that she gave us flowers for free when we got engaged. She is like family now. She checks in on us even on her way out of the building if we are there when her shift ends. Everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming. Kindness goes a long way. I actually enjoy going grocery shopping just to talk to the staff here and eat the amazing seasonal treats! Deb you are amazing, keep it up! Also - give this woman a raise!

My first visit to any Trader Joes. I sampled somes items and they were very good. My first impression when I walked in was I was expecting a much larger store and it was very cold. But it was clean, bright, welcoming, and plenty of room for movement. I think this atmosphere influences the shoppers, as everyone was pleasant and friendly.We picked up a combination of first time items to try and standard shopping items. We are looking forward to returning.

We went to Trader Joes... In Manchester NH.Upon entering we were met by a young lady.. she offered us a cart. Sweet girl.. Young .. in her 20s.. med height. We didnt get a name.Braided ponytails..The store was neat.. clean .. well stocked. As we moved around the store.. I noted employees stocking .. helping customers find products.. Was so nice to see!!!Store was well lit.. Easy to move around and shop.. Masks were worn by all I encountered..Parking is good.. disabled will be difficult if not assisted.. especially wheel chairs and crutches.. I didnt see specified parking for disabled vans.. its required..The building is attractive and easy to spot from the road.. Not easy to enter.. but finding a spot is nerve-racking at best.Exiting is like your in line at Dunkins...a domino affect.Go Slow Here!! Dont bring a big vehicle.. All disabled parking is around the oval..infront of store.. Plan Ahead..

I have been a longtime customer of Trader Joe’s, but I had a very negative experience at the Bedford, NH store and I will not be returning. My mom, sister and I were targeted by a sexist manager named Peter today.My sister (22) tried to purchase a 4 pack of cider with her ID. Because Peter saw that my sister (who had her own basket) talked to my mom and me (who were doing our own shopping) earlier, he demanded that we all present our IDs to him. He was aggressive and patronizing to my sister, and made a scene in the store. I had to go to the register from shopping in an isle to show my ID for alcohol that I wasn’t purchasing. Peter raised his voice and invaded my personal space without a mask on (I had a mask) when I handed him my ID. It felt like he was trying to make me uncomfortable. After showing my ID, Peter made my sister go get our mom (53) at the other end of the store. My mom responded that she had her ID and walked away, which Peter accepted and allowed my sister to make the purchase. I was shocked that Peter interrupted two women shopping to present ID for a purchase they had nothing to do with. Peter’s posture was very intimidating and his tone was hostile. When I asked innocently what it was about, he rolled his eyes at me and started mansplaining, so I walked out of the store. Peter was very agitated and annoyed that I asked a simple question.Feeling upset with our experience, my sister and I returned to speak to a manager and so my sister could return the cider. When we asked to speak to a manager, Peter came over. He was belligerent, talked over us and was reluctant to let us speak to his supervisor. Peter even raised his voice at me when I calmly told him how uncomfortable he made me feel. During the return, Peter incorrectly entered $0.13 and argued with my sister when she pointed out the error. Peter was combative throughout the return process, and again got closer to me than I was comfortable with.We then spoke to Shawn, who is Peter’s supervisor. Shawn was polite to my sister and even gave her a gift card, but Shawn was not as polite to me. When I respectfully tried to explain my experience and how I felt that we were targeted by Peter because we were women, Shawn immediately and blindly defended Peter while dismissing me. I asked, “How would you know? You weren’t there.” I suggested sexism training and Shawn shut me down immediately. Shawn interrupted me and would not make eye contact. Would he have done the same to a man? Shawn also did not ask me if he could do anything to make it better for me, which was disappointing.I am confident that we would have been treated differently if we were men.

Best place to get your groceries. The staff is beyond helpful and so so friendly.

I love everything about the store!! Freshest of produce and the most beautiful flowers. The frozen meals taste homemade the moment they come out of the oven. I drive from Henniker twice a month to shop.May make a suggestion? For those folks who park in the disabled parking area, could they be given priority to enter the store? I am an RN who has served the disabled population for many years. It was difficult to watch them get out of the vehicle and walk to the end of the line on Saturday. We tried to let her in front of us but the side bar was in the way. Trader Joe’s is every bit worth the wait, but for those who experience mobility challenges, I would love to see priority made by/from the employees who attend the front door. Thanks for any consideration!! ♥️

Went here to get my Chinese food for our new years eve dinner. So inexpensive and delicious!! The frozen foods are amazing. The fried rice, orange chicken, dumplings, chow mein, and scallion pancakes are all easy to prepare and taste really great. The orange chicken appeared to be sold out but a wonderful, cheerful associate went out back and got me some off the truck delivery. I highly recommend shopping at Trader Joes, there is always something new and the prices are very reasonable.

Everything at trader Joes has great quality. But the latest thing I loved was the salmon. No aftertaste. No tummy ache.

Have wanted to go to this store for ages. Finally made it this week. Ill start with the most important factor : customer service!! This was one of the best shopping experiences ever!! Greeted in the pkg lot by the man herding the cars, by the lady at the front door with a comment to just ask if I need help finding anything. The food was fresh, the flowers so beautiful that I bought three, the assortment was equal to none. Again as I left the cashier, bagger and another staff interacted in a pleasant but not mechanical way. I really felt their pride in the storeA bit expensive, but ok for occassional.I highly recommend this location.

I had a similar experience in Trader Joe in Bedford, as Katherine. We came with my friends. I am 58 years old woman. I bought a few things there including a bottle of chmpaigne. My friends son, who is 33 years old, brought 4 packs of Guiness, and when I was checking out, the same person as in Kathrerines review requested me to showm my ID, which is acceptable, although is strange to card someone clearely over 21 yo. But he went ecven further, requesting an ID from my friends son. When I brought up to his attention, that actuelly I am the one who is buying the beer, he started to argue with me stating that thats the NH low to card anyone in the group purchasing alcohol. That was very odd, considering that I was clearely not the right person to card. I am living in this state over 20 years, and never ever had such an unpleasant experiance. The best is for the last - his register wasnt working properly, and after carding us, he forgot to sell us the beer (!). For all the hussle he put us through, we never got a beer! What a joke, and a pity for such a good store. I will never shop there anymore. Natalia

Dirty hippies, feel gross after being in the store, need to bath for hours afterwards. Only go there cause my girlfriend likes a exclusive they have. Avoid it if you can.

I love this store! Their dark chocolate mini peanut butter cups are the best I’ve ever tasted!! I don’t eat any sugar but I allow myself two mini’s mist nites for dessert. Soooo delicious😘

I was a TJs newbie, until this location opened up (still a 25/30minute trek for me). I have fallen in love. Trying new foods has been fun and the vegan options are many. I find the comments about what Im buying sometimes off-putting (Ive always felt that way, though; awkward for me when cashiers comment on my purchases), but I know the staff is just trying to make conversation and be friendly. Which they are, at Trader Joes. They are a well-oiled machine and keep things running smoothly. Hard workers, and a great store that I look forward to visiting.

It is common practice for all of the workers in the store to be kind courteous and helpful. I always receive excellent service here, but last night was distinctly an outstanding experience. I was shopping with my 19-month-old son who likes to push the small children shopping carts and he was also snacking. Like most toddlers he spilled all of his dried cranberries on the floor, and before I could even look up to see who had bent down to help me, a young woman who was stalking the shelves came right over and helped me pick them off the floor. She was not even nearby, she just happened to notice and went out of her way. My son also loves to wave hello at all of the workers and they politely oblige and acknowledge him, which as a mom, is heartwarming. There was a young man who was our cashier, he spoke with my son and offered him the chance to load our groceries onto the side counter in an effort to involve him in the checkout process as he was acting like an angry toddler. He gave my son stickers, and he even walked outside with us to help with our bags, even though I told him we would be okay and could manage. These people are genuinely nice, it is refreshing and it truly made our day. I will continue to shop here weekly! This is the best customer service I have ever experienced in any store, let alone a grocery store. Thank you so much to your staff!

They had a nice selection of bagged greens, potted succulents, and fresh flowers. But I was disappointed that they didnt have any cucumbers or tomatoes! It seems strange that a store that is known for good fresh produce wouldnt have something as basic as cucumbers and tomatoes...

Great staff, clean and well organized store. Staffer out front (social distancing monitor) was kind and chatty. When I mentioned that I just moved to the area that day, he hooked me up with a complimentary reusable bag as a welcome to the neighborhood.

Found everything we needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner, + snacks.😊

These people -- much like the employees at the other TJs where we have shopped -- are without doubt among the most helpful, friendly, competent, and conscientious we have ever encountered, not just at grocery stores, but at ANY kind of retail store. This store really is amazing and ive loved shopping here for a long time but the Liberal Covid Paranoia of this store is far worse than any store ive seen over the past year and the shopping experience is very unpleasant now. Ill be back at the end of the decade when this is all over :)
