Dr. Russ truly cares about getting his patients well. He does a thorough exam to find out exactly what your spine issues are and what needs to be done to get you back to optimal spine health. He’s knowledgeable about overall health as well. He truly wants to educate people about having “true health”! That’s a plus in my book. I’ve only been seeing him for a couple of months now and I’m hoping that, with all of my issues, the therapy and adjustments working together gets me back to where I need to be! The front office staff greets you and very nice. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and explains your situation and what can be done to correct it. The only issues are distance and not clear on what it will cost.

Omg Ive only been there once for consultation but I absolutely love it. From check in, tour, consultation, and check out was a great experience. The consultation wasnt a couple minutes like what Im used to but he really took his time with me and performed different exams that Ive never done with any previous chiropractors back home in Alabama. Im so ready for whats in store next. Oh yeah the doctor was and is amazing!! Hes so kind, knowledgeable, and very personable. He made me smile and laugh when he pointed out my down home Alabama accent😁😁So based on my experience yesterday would I recommend True Health Wellness? Hell yeah I would!! Oh I forgot to mention, the office plays prayer and worship music which for me made me relax more, the office smelled amazing, and the equipment is top notch. I have really enjoyed my time here. The staff and doctors are very friendly and they help develop a plan that works for my schedule and will get me in great health! Their passion for helping others and the care and interest that they have in you is readily apparent.Each periodic checkup I can see my progress and how much improvement I have been making. This is a fantastic thing as we can evaluate where I am at, plan on where I need to go, do the adjustments and exercises, and finally check where I am at so the plan can be adjusted and continue to move forward.Also, they have these workshops that you can attend for free to better inform you about decisions you can make in your life to live longer and healthier. They are always training and going to seminars to get give us the best care and service available. They teach you how to properly take care of your nervous system, the best foods to eat, how to get the most our of exercising. They help tons of people with all kinds of conditions. Updated: I have four-day-old soft tissue damage in my ankle. Dr. Russ worked magic on it. Amazing office!! Love when you walk in and I am welcomed by such a friendly and helpful staff! Since I have started coming in, I no longer take hormones or blood pressure medicine and my headaches have greatly decreased. I have learned lifestyle habits that have crossed over into my diet and I no longer fry things and instead either bake them or cook with good oils. As a result, I feel better and have more energy. Had my new patient exam today at Elevation Health and start to finish it was incredible! The office itself is beautiful and clean and very modern. Breanna and Samantha greeted me and the paperwork process was straightforward yet thorough. I could tell from the get go that the office wanted to really understand what my health issues were so that we could fix them. Dr. Gill (aka Dr. G) did my exam and he was great- So energetic and educated! He took the time to understand my concerns and answer my questions without seeming rushed. He was genuinely interested in optimizing my health. Im so excited about working with this wonderful team. I definitely recommend this place for anyone whos trying to be proactive about their wellness!

Everybody was super nice and friendly. A great place for normal adjustments. However, it felt more like a fast food type of treatment. Most of what I did there, I did myself, and only spent a bit less than five minutes (I timed it) with the chiropractor each visit. I tried to explain my problem during my initial consultation, but the guy I talked to wanted to focus on a specific issue that from my perspective (having dealt with the problem for years) was a symptom. Since he was the doctor, I assumed he knew what he was talking about, but in subsequent visits it became clear they were not dealing with the problem. I feel like if they had spent a bit more time communicating with me during each visit rather than walking in, adjusting some stuff, and walking out with little more talk than a hows it going?, then I would have seen improvement.At the end of my three month treatment, I saw little improvement. Then, they wanted to have me continue treatment another few months to a year (though fewer visits each week). The main reason I couldnt was because I didnt have the money to do so. The doctor didnt seem to understand this and kept pressuring me to the point of almost guilt tripping me to continue, which I thought was a bit rude, and only accentuated my evaluation of how little he had listened to me the previous three months...As I said before, they are all super nice. Lots of people seem to have great experiences, including the lady who recommended them to me. My experience, emphasized by getting very little improvement, was less than satisfactory. From my experience alone I wouldnt recommend them to anybody else.

Ive dealt with back pain most of my life, from falling on my tailbone in sports, to several motorcycle and bicycle wrecks, and 30 years of martial arts. Ive had meds, shots and physical therapy which has lessened the pain but not provided relief. Within 2 weeks of treatment at True Health, my back pain was relieved. Its been 2 months of treatment and I can say the pain is gone. Now, Im able to play with my grandson as well as play with my German Shepherds without worrying about moving wrong and getting down in my back. Dr. Russ and Dr. Erica are great and have shown my wife and I that they truly care about our health/wellness. The whole staff is very friendly; willing to listen and to share their knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend True Health Wellness, Dr. Russ and Dr. Erica.
