Office staff are very rude and unprofessional. Staff makes you wait on the street as no one is allowed to wait in the waiting room due to covid. Does not matter if you are elderly they do not care out on the street is what they tell people. I would skip this practice and go to a more professional and caring practice. A wise person told me treat others as you would like to be treated. BE KIND
