Dr Froehlich is an amazing doctor! She is caring and compassionate and Competent. She is everything you could ask for in a family doctor. She never makes me feel hurried in the office. Yes, I wait sometimes to see her but it is worth it. Her staff is helpful. I have been a patient for over 10 years and she is also my husbands doctor and my son recently became her patient as well. We all feel very comfortable with her. I highly recommend her.

She is thorough, takes the time needed to be thorough, is up to date on current recommendations, makes sure her patients are up to date on preventive care, and treats her patients like she would probably treat a family member (i.e., with the very best care). It makes me feel good to know that she is my mothers primary care doctor, and I really wish she was taking new patients so I could get my Dad to see her too!

This practice is very bad. The office staff is unprofessional and rude. I had severe chest pain and was basically ignored by the office staff and doctors after calling repeatedly. The staff is very disorganized with test results and follow ups. Don’t waste your time on this practice and find another doctor!

Full and comprehensive care. I feel like Dr. Froehlich gives me all of her attention and takes all factors into account when formulating the best course to take concerning my care. I heard about this great doctors office through my wife.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone! The doctors are great unfortunately the staff is not very friendly. I recently had a situation where my daughter was in the office for a severe pain in the back of her head. A CAT scan was ordered. We were told the insurance company had to be contacted for approval. They called the next day however, I never herd from the imaging company. I called the doctors office two days later. I was told by my insurance company they were never contacted by this doctor office, then I called the imaging company and they never received the order. I called the doctors office back and the staff was rude and hung up on me. I will be finding a new practice.I would not recommend this practice

She is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. She takes her time till all your questions are answered. I trust her and highly recommend her.

Have gone to Dr. Froehlich since 2006. Have found her to be an excellent doctor.

My 81 year old mother who was feeling quite awful with an upper respiratory infection called to make an appointment to be seen by the doctor. The receptionist who answered decided to diagnose my mother by asking her a few screening questions, like do you have COPD? do you have congestion? My mother answered no to both questions, and the lady told her that a dry cough was going around and to wait a couple of days and see how she feels. This was a Thursday, and a couple of days would put her at the weekend. Im wondering if this receptionist received this screening directive directly from the doctor or does she take it upon herself to pre diagnosis patients. This is totally unacceptable, irresponsible and out of line. I work in the medical profession and Ive never heard of anything like this. Find yourself another doctor!

Dr. Froehlich is great, best one I have ever seen, its sometimes hard to get an appointment but have never had an issue with anyone being rude.

I am an established patient by Dr Froehlich. My son (who is not established) was seen in the ER for an infected arm which became serious with Cellulitis. He is on 2 types of abx for this infection and needed to follow up with a PCP with in a couple days. Now my son now cannot extend his arm beyond 90 degrees and still has redness to his arm. I called the office to set up this appointment for a urgent follow up and I was told he cannot be seen for 2 months as he is not an established patient. Now, I worked in medicine for over 20 years and I have NEVER heard of no ER appointments!! Especially something as serious as this. My son is in a serious position of possibly getting a fused elbow due to the infection, and they still refuse to see my son nor ask Dr Froelich herself to make this decision. I would not recommend this office as I was told this is office policy. Its sad to know a serious condition is turned away as the Ortho office I worked for, we NEVER refused treatment!!
