Staff is very friendly and caring. Dr. Goetz is very kind and patient. And he listens.

Dr Geotze is an excellent physician. He is very compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a primary care physician. The office is centrally located in Beaver Falls. The staff members are always pleasant and happy to help.

Do not go here or call here with a symptoms of a blood clot or heart condition they will refuse to see you and not do their job. They will say its covid and than tell u to go to er where ur more likely to get covid. We can not let these offices get away with stuff like this it vould cost someone their life.

I was scheduled to begin behavioral health services and when I called to verify my appointment the woman that answered misunderstood what I was asking got extremely rude talking over me wouldnt listen to me then hung up on me. When I called back three or four times there was no answer. Of course when you get a hold of customer service theres no way to track down who answers the phones because theyre on some sort of random system. Whats really sad is that this is for mental health services. The supervisor called me and was very nice and apologetic asking me to reconsider but this being my first experience with them I need to look elsewhere. All of these bad reviews for this one place cant be all wrong. Youve been warned.

If you looking for a doctor that cares an will do weekdays best for his patients. Dont go here. What a joke. Theo should be shut down.

I came here for counseling with Scott while i was pregnant, he really listened to me and treated me with respect. My fiancé Nigel scheduled an appointment here.. hoping he has a good experience as well

The providers at this clinic obviously cared about me and wanted to help me stay healthy. I appreciated the respect, kindness, and competence I experienced here. I feel lucky to have this clinic in my community.

They have horrible costumer service not only was I sent to voicemail twice but I was held on hold for crazy hours and then in mid sentence I was hung up on if I’m trusting you as my doctor this shouldn’t be happening.

Dr. Lipscomb is horrible. Made me feel like I was bothering him. He barely looked in my mouth, said I have an infection and need pulled or a root canal. Didnt explain anything & laughed at me when I asked questions.I do not recommend him at all!

Not happy with this practice at all. Mostly problems with front desk staff who are unhelpful and rude. The only good therapist at this location is no longer there. I feel Im treated more as a burden than a person with real issues.

I will never go back to this dentist. Dr.lipscomb is horrible. He looked in my mouth for a whole 5 seconds and said I need 3 wisdom teeth that needed pulled and that 1/2 of the one was missing I was in pain but he refused to give me anything for it. So I scheduled an appointment with an oral surgeon and had them removed. Almost a week later I was in agonizing pain so I called to see if I could see another dentist and they told me no lipscomb was the only dentist there now. I reluctantly went in he looked in my mouth for another 5 seconds and said everything was fine . Refusing to take it as normal pain I went to the er where I was told it looked like I had dry socket. I scheduled an appointment with the oral surgeon the next day and sure enough I did have dry socket. YET Dr lipscomb said everything was fine!!!! He shouldnt be allowed to practice dental. I wonder how many other patients he said were fine and it turned out there was something seriously wrong. BEWARE OF DR.LIPSCOMB He will make you feel like your a druggie and wont do anything to help you!
