Horrible experience. Had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Slokan. I had to take a half day off from work in order to get the only appointment available for the next two weeks. NO ONE will tell you ahead of time that they have a 5 minute late cancelation policy. I was on time for the appointment and they watched me struggle with the kiosk until it put my final check in at 6 minutes late. Then they let me sit there for 5 minutes like I was going to have my appointment and the the staff giggled as they enjoyed the rest of their game telling me my appointment was canceled and would need to be rescheduled.

Our baby has a severe lip tie and tounge tie that they wouldnt treat because it should get treated around 2 months of age we get to 2 months. Shes still having problems and they say it should have been done at 4 weeks of age or less. We cant do anything now Dr. Jones is awful. She was the pediatrician for both appointments. Shes lazy and terrible be at her Job

Came down with numerous large cysts out of nowhere that needed cut open and packed. Went here for my follow ups and staff acts like youre a burden if you ask them to do their job. Got to the point where if i called and got one nurse I would hang up and call back. Absolutely no answers for what is causing the cysts to form and then informed i have to come up with a resolution for the condition. Pretty sure they are supposed to be the medical professionals. Ill be changing practices. Dont go here if you want to be treated like a human. Heritage valley doesnt care...they want you in and out and if they cant figure out what is wrong they pretend the condition doesnt exist.

Dr. Slokan is very down to earth. Dont ask for him though... It will just make it harder for me to get an appointment :)

This by far is the best group of doctors! They are so caring and spend a good amount of time with you. The nurse practitioner, Virginia, is one of the best human beings I have ever met. She a huge blessing to me. When you need something, they are there for you!!!

The staff is good. However, Dr. Slokan would tell me every visit that I’m “too young” to be having any serious issues or I’m “too young” so he would just dismiss my concerns. I filled out their usual “Healthy Depression Questionnaire” I think it was, and my last visit I circled about 2-3 for most questions... he completely put off my thoughts and concerns about what was on that paper and said “well since you’re young I don’t want to prescribe you any life-long anti-depressants.... just go to the gym twice a week.” — Which is good advice I guess but that still doesn’t take away 89% of everything else. He is very inconsiderate and oblivious to his patients.

Worst possible place to go unless you want to be pushed into going to pain management. If you dont do as the pill pushing doctors want they release you. Very disappointed

Very quick and caring staff. The doctors are wonderful and knowledgeable.

Tried getting an appointment for chronic migraines and rashes and was told I was too young and theyre too busy to give me an appointment...because of this I no longer have a normal doctor.
