Horrendous experience, start to finish. He and his staff spent a month dodging/ignoring my calls, sent the bill to the wrong insurance, and were generally unhelpful and uncommunicative. Find another doctor.

AriI hope you read what people say about you, I think you as good as the people that work for you if the experience with your reception is bad than you are bad, you can never get a second chance to make a first impression , your front desk people and the one answering the phone are the worst just to think that they are dealing with people that need actual help should make them nice but they are not. its a shame that i couldnt get a follow up visit and now I need to find anther DR, yes you are not the only DR in Cleveland there are other , I been to DR office before I never seen such a collection of miserable people like you have in your office. eventually all your customer think you suck like the people you employed .
