I went to Parker Skin for treatment of roseaca. I was extremely well taken care of by the Dr and staff. I opted to have the V-beam laser treatment done and it has helped so much. Im looking to booking another treatment. The post laser care from Shane was amazing! They took the time to go over all the products that I could use to calm my skin from the treatment as well as what products going forward would help keep it healthy. I was really nervous but they reassured me that I would see great results and I have.

I went to have a facial with SHANE, and the Treatment and the care was totally amazing. I can NOT say ENOUGH GOOD WORDS ABOUT SHANE.He was very careful to tell me the things he thought my skin needed it. I love their products too. They are very good products, No matter what you buy. I use different brands from them, and I love them.I Highly Recommend SHANE to anybody and Highly recommend the Parker Skin and Aesthetic Clinic.Thank you Shane for you care and concern. I have recently been doing treatment by Dr Horvath and I am especially pleased with the kindness and professionalism at Parker in Beachwood. Her assistants are also very kind and helpful - Paige always makes me smile and laugh before my procedure and goes out of her way to make me comfortable. So far the treatment seems to be beneficial - however I am only partially through with it. Thanks Parker folks!

I have made two attempts to convert my entire makeup line to products at Dr. Parker’s office. The first attempt with Shane, I was told she does not have time and to make an appointment in the future (even though I called in advance and the staff told me no appt was necessary). Shane was abrupt and rude but I assumed she was just busy and overwhelmed. I followed up by making a future appt with Shane for a makeup consult and upon my arrival, she again was rude and abrupt and asked me what my biggest concerns were and just handed me multiple product options to purchase. I explained that I wanted to purchase an entire product line and made a consult appointment so we could match my skin, etc. Shane advised that she again did not have time and told me to “blame the scheduling staff for not scheduling things properly”. I told Shane I had made two attempts to consult with her, driving 1 hour each time and I thought she was extremely rude. She shrugged her shoulders and said again to “discuss it with the scheduling people who don’t know how to schedule properly”. I asked Morgan to see the manager and she told me Dan “was not available” but he would follow up via phone. Two weeks have passed, no phone call. During my appt today I requested to meet with Dan and he advised the desk staff that he was “busy handing other things”. If he’s too busy to discuss customer service issues then I’m too busy to keep driving an hour to support Dr. Parker’s office, there are too many other options around town to be treated this way.

Everyone at the Parker Skin Clinic is first rate !! Very knowledgeable and thorough in the treatments and skin checks. They explain the process and what to expect. Shane is truly a gem at Parker Skin. The product guru!! Listens and advises on your options. Thank you Parker Skin !!!

Be aware who is doing procedure in this company. You can sign papers with one person but another person will come to do your procedure without any explanation in advance. In addition when you pay cash do not let them charge your medical insurance. They can find your information and double charge you. I had this fraudulent unfortunate experience during follow up appoitments which already paid and included in my total payment with this office. There are another more friendly and patient oriented offices where money are not above patients relationship. I found much better doctor where I felt comfortable even not as a patient but as friend who needed help. And my exactly the same procedure cost me $1000 less.

Dr. Parker is by far, the best in her field. She is honest, caring and conservative in her treatment. She truly listen’s to your concerns and offers her unbiased professional opinion. If you are looking for someone you can trust than you need to see Dr. Parker! I highly recommend her! Additionally, her ENTIRE staff is amazing

The Parker Skin Clinic has been keeping my skin healthy for about six years. I saw Doctor Rachel Mistur recently for a skin check and she was very thorough, explained things well, listened carefully and addressed all my concerns, and was kind and friendly with a good sense of humor too. I feel very comfortable and confident in choosing to go there.

Getting Botox here was a waste of money. Their website purports to be the #1 provider in Cleveland? Show me the data on that.My first and last appointment I experienced 2 doctors fumble with the injections. The proof lies in it wearing off within a few weeks.It’s an ethical line that doctor practices like Parker Skin play when it comes to injectable treatments as the customer has to trust that they are administered what they paid for. I certainly wasn’t and it was pointless trying to get resolution. They appear to care about making money and not repeat customers.

I see Dr Woods and she’s the bees knees. Friendly, skilled. Gives me just what I need.

I went to see Dr. Silverman for a consultation for Pro-veneers. Let me tell you, this man is a Miracle Worker! I have gone to literally, I’m not joking, 15 cosmetic dentist, all of whom say the same thing “we can’t fix the gaps between your teeth,” followed by “maybe braces.” I have been through orthodontic treatment several times, it’s not for everyone, and I’m one of those who it just didn’t work for. In the first visit with Dr. Silverman he was able to fit me in to have two Pro-veneers done the same day. The huge gap between my front teeth that “couldn’t be fixed” is gone! No cutting my teeth and no shots. A quick visit and the last 20 years of hating that gap, gone!

I get the sense that these people are in the business of making money more than anything else. Over-priced peel and tried pushing more on me from the get go. No trying to understand my concerns or give me optionsThe nurses are pretty disorganized and dont send you off following an appointment with everything you need. Rather, you have to call back in for the prescriptions and TELL THEM WHAT TO PRESCRIBE TO YOU.Saw Dr. Mistur for a follow-up appointment and she was ok. Felt like she talked more than listened to why I was coming in and what I needed help for. Felt like my issues went unaddressed againLastly, the appointment desk is annoyingly difficult to get a hold of. Probably wont be going back for dermatology nor aesthetics again.

Dr. Rachel Mistur is outstanding, intelligent, kind and very understanding.I share my issues and she takes care of it. I have found the staff to beFriendly and very professional. Its a wonderful clinic.

Amazing facility! I have seen improvement in my skin with the guidance of Jill and Shelly. Could not be happier!Unfortunately, the phone system is quite poor. I leave messages to make appointments and never hear back. It is a struggle to get through which I feel will get old very quickly…

Dr. Lisa Meek is wonderful Dermatology Artistic Leader in her field! She takes the time to learn about what your particular skin is really doing. She will devise a plan of treatment for you that is well thought out and will give you realistic expectations that you can achieve with her help, guidance, and expertise. My skin never looked better. I get compliments on it every day- and Im 50!

Dr Lisa didn’t use the correct needle on my face! She couldn’t get filler to go in properly. She just kept poking & poking! ( This was years ago, but really should I have been her guinea pig?) And after she didn’t complete the procedure, she STILL charged me!Never again there!

I have seen Dr. Parker for PICO laser for the sunspots on my hands. Most recently, I had COLD laser on my face and neck to improve skin tone and texture. Dr. Parker prepped and numbed me expertly. I felt very little discomfort. I was able to go to work the next day with her advice on skin care in moisturizer. And a little make up! Her office is very pleasant and supportive. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Parker to my patients.

I love my dermatologist Dr. Reimer! She is very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate that she presents and explains all of the options for treatment. As far as the clinic as a whole, they always return my calls in a timely manner and are very helpful.

Came here to purchase some skin care products today. A middle-aged blonde woman with wavy hair was sitting at the desk. I presented two coupons to use. She snapped at me (staring rudely, unblinking) maam I cant use these. They have been activated. She spoke quickly, nastily and triumphantly, like she was winning some petty battle (the way small minded women do to innocent bystanders in the name of suffocated hysteria,) These coupons were for $160 and if she thinks I was about to give them up because she was too lazy, obtuse and thick-skulled to realize they were usable, she had another thing coming. When people are rude to me, I rise above it. She glared at me as I reset my password on the coupon app on my phone and wondered to myself this woman is my mothers age, she is representing a business, and still has the nerve to refer to me in a derogatory maam and speak to me like I am a nuisance. Unbelievable. I reset my password within a minute all while she cupped her chin in her hands and looked at me as if I were next on death row and she had requested a front row seat. Listen lady: a lot of use have jobs where we deal with the public and the public can be unruly and wilt your inner resolve to face another day at the office, but dont take the frustrations of your life out on me. When she saw how quickly I corrected the coupon problem boy did she ever snap to and present fake niceness, because she surely knows Google and Yelp reviews exist. She even stood up forcefully to emphasize her words about how coupons work from her viewpoint, but her eyes were still hardened and so it goes The Parker Clinic just lost my business today; by writing this, I can only hope they lose yours, too.

Ok so I’ve spent more time here in the past month than I’d like to admit. That being said the front desk is very accommodating to making appointments, returning phone calls and two of the times I’ve been there they’ve some how managed to knock off $200 off of my services (fillers!!!) Dr. Woods makes miracles happen. TMI BUTT she was able to plump up both sets of my cheeks...which I’m loving :) Oh and I can’t forget Shane. She’s like the cherry on the cake. She runs the beauty department and offered the best make up services I’ve ever had with great skin care and make up application tips in the process xoxo

I have no complaints about the care and direction/plan that the doctor has given me, the problem is getting staff to call back when they say they will. I understand that it takes time for certain medicines to be approved, but what I dont like is when people dont return phone calls.

Dr. Parker is a caring, highly skilled physician. One of the best Ive seen. She listens and has a light touch. I highly recommend her.

I received V-beam laser treatment for bad Rosacea Ive had for years. It worked beautifully after only 2 treatments and the cost less than I expected.

Never got a call back from billing manager since april waited.
