Dr. Dedousis has been my doctor for years. He is a great physician and possesses all the right attributes one looks for in a doctor. Patient, good listener, competent, ethical and thorough. I wholly trust him with my medical needs. Unfortunately, ever since his practice became affiliated with CarePoint Health, patient customer service has suffered. I really considered giving a rating of only three stars but because of his great medical advice over the years he got an additional star. I can only imagine that running a medical practice can be daunting, but one runs the risk of damaging their reputations when customer service seems to be forgotten. For example, my wife was running low on a prescription. She had only one tablet left and her pharmacy indicated her doctor needed to call in the Rx. No less than three calls were made to Dr. Dedousis office to determine if the Rx had been called in and the response was that he was seeing patients and would handled the request between patients. My wife needed to run errands and had been waiting at home for hours waiting to see if the Rx had been approved. Well, she called Rite-Aid (always a ton of fun) and found out that the Rx had been called in abut four hours after her initial inquiry. Now perhaps Im expecting too much, but would it have been out of the question to have one of the office staff call/text my wife that her Rx had been called in? This would have saves her a significant commodity - her time. Again, Ive never worked in a medical office but I do work in a VERY stressful environment where strict deadlines and tons of pressure exist daily. Most of us are all working harder than ever but thats part of the deal when we sign up to work in a medical office. I long for the good ole days of Dr. Dedousis practice when situations like this were rare. Im living on hope they will return.

The most uneducated, most incompetent office staff from any doctor. They refused to call the doctor when requested to clarify information regarding my bloodwork. I am a new patient. Not sure about the doctor. Asked for him to call me. No phone call yet. I
