Horrible staffs. Refused treatment and unprofessional. Doctor refused to treat patient because of billing process, which was error on their end. I do not recommend this doctor office for anyone.

A good doctor with horrible staff doesn’t get patients anywhere. We had prior conversation with doctor during visit but staff won’t cooperate. Sandra the reception is so rude, cuts you off and does not deliver the message to the doctor. Despite three calls and mentioning the patients condition and urgency to get a call back from doctor…Sandra took it personal and never delivers a message. Rude replies and not even listening to what patients have to say and won’t give you a chance to speak and eventually hangs up on you.

Dr. Perveen is an awesome doctor been going to her for years and I trust her with my health; however her office staff is horrible and very disrespectful. The office staff will be the cause of the Dr. to loose long time patients. They speak to you rudely and disrespectful. There are times I can overlook the disrespect but when I try to inform the doctor of the disrespect my messages are never passed along to the doctor. Today was the last time the office staff will be disrespectful to me so that’s why I’m here posting this review. Dr. Perveen please read the reviews because all the individuals who list issues with your office staff can’t all be wrong. Please Doctor address our concerns. Thank you. I give the doctor 5 stars but the office staff 0 stars.

Worst experience. Terrible staff. DO NOT GO!! The doctor herself is ok at best but her staff is rude. They made a mistake which it’s ok, it’s happen. But when I brought it to their attention they cursed me out.

This is the worst place you could go to receive medical treatment. They have the most unhelpful and rude staff. Don’t waste your time and look elsewhere.

Dr. Perveen was kind and very intentional. Her staff is sweet even if they are young/inexperienced. I’m glad I chose her as my primary doctor!

Dr. Perveen is warm, kind and has an exceptional bedside manner. This is in addition to being a highly knowledgable and competent doctor.

I think some of these reviews might be fake. Dr. Perveen herself is a nice. However she’s not listening to my concerns. Seems she just likes the sound of own voice and wants to get me in and out to bill my insurance. Her staff is a joke. A literal joke. The girls at the front are very unprofessional, lack knowledge on simple matters, and frankly, just don’t seem to understand what customer service manners are. They never updated me on my blood work. After waiting a month and half, I called myself and they decided to now tell me important information I should’ve known as soon as the results came back. I will never return to this doctor and I certainly hope you don’t waste your time and risk your health going.

Dr. Perveen is one of the best doctors that I have ever gone too. I dont trust anyones judgment but hers, because she is so smart, and caring. In fact I like Dr. Perveen so much, that I spoke with my mother to change her HMO so she can see Perveen, and once she did, my mother loves her as well, she said that was one of the best decisions that she has made.

She is delightful, knowledgeable and caring. Her staff is great! Im so happy with all of them,

My parents have been going to Dr. Perveen for years. I went to her office with many concerns and she took her time and listened to me. Prescribed me some meds and did blood work. Not even 24 hours later and i feel 90% better. Mind you i was going to another doctor in town for years with the same problem and no result. She will be my new doctor for life. staff is polite and i was able to make a appointment online and be seen the same day!! my parents love her and so do I.

My Doctor of 18 years. That says it all, dont you think? May have to wait but that speaks volumes of her proficiency.

When I first came in, the door said M. Perveen. The doctor is located in an area where other people practice as well. I booked an appointment online. I went to the desk and said I was looking for Mr. Perveen. The man at the desk said its MS. Perveen she is a WOMAN. Very rudely. First of all, How in the world would I have known that if I booked quickly online and the door says M. Perveen. So that aside, I told him I get a free physical every year from my job, which is true. He then tried charging me a copay after I said that! I got my jobs health insurance on the line, who agreed with me. He got an attitude. My health insurance rep wanted to talk to me after. She said Wow, that Guy did not believe you get a free physical. But you should be good, I passed along all your info. After I hung up, the guy said You may still get a bill. After all that. I was a little heated and I thought the situation was very weird, but I let it go. Basically, long story short, after that, pretty much everyone in there was very rude to me except for the guy who took my blood, ironically. The guy from the beginning of the story weighed me, blurted out my weight very rudely and was very short with me. Lots of attitude. After, he told me to wait outside, brought someone else in and shut the door on me! I went to the front to ask the lady what to do next. She said Oh youre done.!! Sooo very rude I was upset at the man. Then on top of everything they still sent me a bill. I am calling my healthcare company to help sort this out.

Excellent practice and well respected physician! Each and every one of Dr. Perveens patients Ive encountered have been extremely satisfied under her care.

Went to the doctor they drew my blood and I received a bill before I even received my results for my blood work until this day I still havent gotten the result to my blood work ..
