They’re liars. They always tell you the doctors office didn’t call in a prescription, even when they do. Today my doctor called in a specific prescription after CVS took it upon themselves to change the dosage of my medicine without doctor’s approval or asking me. They told me the doctor called in a different prescription than what he said, though I had just left the doctors office two hours prior. The pharmacist went back and forth with me, basically telling me I was lying. She told me she’d call the doctor and for me to wait. While I was waiting, I called the doctor myself to confirm with them what was called in. Two different people confirmed that I was right, so I went back up to the pharmacist. She told me that the doctor didn’t answer, which was a lie. She never called them. They were also calling CVS and no one picked up. After they proved that I was right, she then said that my insurance doesn’t cover the pill, which I’m skeptical of. While I was there two other women actually came in complaining that CVS didn’t do what they were told to/what they said they were going to do. I hate this pharmacy and will be switching next time I need to fill a prescription.Also, before all this happened my doctor told me that they gave another patient of his the wrong amount of pills, then when the doctor questioned them, they told the doctor the woman was lying. The doctor was able to prove CVS was lying after he ran tests on the woman and he condition didn’t change. This place is a joke.

Came here for covid-19 vaccines. Very well organized here are the process.1.Arrive early before my appointment. Greeted by a very friendly staff who issues my CDC covid-19 vaccines card and a hot pink post it.2. Go to the pharmacy Window which has a vaccines check in sign. The staff checked my drivers license and verify my birthday..3. Go to the coordinator who will assign you to 1 of the 2 specialist that will administrate the dose. They will read your card take your temperature and administrate the dose.4. The coordinator assign you to one of the waiting area to rest for 15 minutes after you received the vaccines.Take your card with you once the coordinator says youre good to leave.The whole process is efficient and smooth! Very well I organized and very friendly! Appreciate it!

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The pharmacy staff is rude and lacks of the most common morals or courtesy in customer service. The staff made a couple of mistakes and end up blaming me without even acknowledging thier fault. Please try to teach the staff customer service or better change them and the absolute best is to shutdown the pharmacy.

Trying to get any assistance on the phone is a futile attempt. I switched over to the CVS near Costco and their service, in the store and on the phone is much better. Give the CVS near Costco more business; it deserves it.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I transferred from the Walgreens on Broadway because I moved and the CVS is closer, not do I regret that decision. In the process of transferring my prescription they lost it, and I had to wait an extra day. The line is always ridiculous because nobody behind the counter does their job, they just let the phone ring and don’t bother picking it up. I’m currently on hold for 17 minutes just to check if my prescription is ready because I don’t feel like waiting in their lines. Absolutely ridiculous.

This pharmacy is one of the worst Ive ever dealt with. They NEVER answer the phone and they are horrible at customer service. In comparison. I will take my presriptions to Walgreens. They make it a pleasant experience in every way.

Today I came in and worked with store Associate Juan he was the Cashier and paid very close attention to detail provided Excellent Customer Service and Satisfaction along side was also store Associate Rosa she was pleasant to work with as well...the whole Family enjoys coming here and we come time and again it feels like Home and its all Thanks to CVS Team members such as Juan and Rosa they work hard to make Clients Happy and we are Much Obliged and Thankful for The way they take time to make Us feel Welcome 100% Well be back soon its a Highly Committed Store ❤ 🤍 💙 🇺🇸

Horrible pharmacy. They are mismanaged. Why does it take days to have a refill fulfilled? My dads been waiting for a refill since last week. CVS was to call the doctor’s office twice because the doctor isn’t responding to their fax requests and after 2 representatives saying they would on 2 different dates - still not done. The girl that I spoke to yesterday after the doctor office closed said she was leaving a notation for someone to do this this morning. It was never done. They have consistently made mistakes all year. It’s time to change pharmacy for the new year. CVS will be losing 2 families worth of prescriptions. That’ll be 7 customers in all. This is the only way they’ll learn. Also the store’s exterior is always filthy as well as the vestibule! No community responsibility! Filthy and mismanaged.

The outside of the store and vestibule area and filthy and dirty and that is the case for the majority of times that I go there. The store manager does not show any concern for the community or its customers by not taking proper care of the property. Clean up the outside of your store every day!

I was desperate to get a prescription filled for my son. He didn’t have any refills at the other pharmacy I used and I called CVS as I have been transitioning our prescriptions over to them. His prescription wasn’t on file there but Katherine G. advised me to call the dr’s office because there was a location still open. I did what she said and was literally pacing the floor waiting for them to call the prescription in. Literally three minutes before closing, a nurse from the dr’s office called. Hakim R. And Katherine G. worked past closing time to fill the prescription. They were extremely empathetic, compassionate and helpful. I’m so glad I’ve switched over to CVS and tonight’s service exemplifies why. The service Katherine and Hakim provided went above and beyond!

I love the mashed in ancient stains on the smelly carpeting, the broken coupon machine, the used tissues on the shelves for weeks on end. The lack of sale items and the often filthy restroom makes this my go to pharmacy. 😝

CVS IN BAYONNE IS THE WORST !!! After calling on Saturday i was told to drop my scripts off on Monday ! On Monday i drop my scripts of at 10:30 a.m. ! I was told it will be ready in an hour !! At 2 pm my wife went to go pick up our meds only to be told they dont have any and they have to order more !! Why wasnt i told this at 10:30 a.m. ? They went on computer it must of shown they had it !!! Did they give to someone else ?? No apology nothing from a supv ?? She was just asked if she wanted the scripts back !!!! This is not the first time since we started using cvs because Rite aid went out of business !! Now screw CVS !! Its not run properly !!!!

Pharmacy is the worst I ever walked in to. Tried calling the Pharmacy and was on hold for 45 minutes then I got disconnected because they dont know how to transfer a call. I called back, on hold again 30 minutes then got disconnected once again. I then called the store manager to find out why I couldnt get through to the Pharmacy I was then put on hold again 25 minutes. I then had to call the corporate complaint number and they were able to get through in one minute. The customer service here is deplorable and CVS should be embarrassed by the staff that represents their brand.

Wow. Customer since the store opened. Drive from downtown to the store for everything. After I was told I could not use two extra care bucks in one day. Every transaction had to be a day apart 🤣I was not using any other coupon. I complained. Discrimination. Coupon policy online is not that. The district manager said the manager didn’t know what he was saying and then he didn’t call me back. It’s discrimination if you tell a customer in one location you can’t do something that is perfectly company policy. I’m not a coupon abuser. I spend $$ when there all the time for years and years. The pharmacy staff started getting ruder, the store messier, the managers obviously do not know what they are doing. The regional should pay a visit. I won’t ever.

The store is sad and its always a mess. I prefer to not shop here. The pharmacy is a disgrace and its always a headache just to get a refill. I usually have to call the 1800 number because theyre incompetent here. I guess that is the price I have to pay for getting free health insurance, I dont know why anyone would chose to use any CVS.Expect to wait 5-30 mins when calling the pharmacy. Actually dont expect for them to answer at all because they ignore their calls.Customer service Id rate a zero.

The store have shampoo on sale..spend $15.00....u get back $5..I need dove shampoo..the Sunday morning cashier said I have to mix my shampoo with the other 2 on sale..she ask the other person next to her she said the the same..I cannot buy dove alone ..I have to mix it..I live close to the Bayonne cvs..I had to go some where else ...it the 2nd time

Every single time I come for a prescription its an ordeal, the place is always a mess that I feel I leave sicker than when I first got there and the staff is never available to help you, tried to call on the phone I walked in with my cell phone still ringing after 6 minutes and showed them i was calling not sure if anyone knew what a phone is, when you get there you just stand around no one comes to you to help, there is definetly a language barrier difficulty with the staff, the worst experience every single time I go to this Pharmacy It needs to be shut down
