Initially I was told incorrect information regarding the payment plan. Then we came for our appointment and the dr was 2 hours late. He said due to snow though we live an hour away too. Then it was a flat tire uh huh. Then he said I couldn’t stay until my son fell asleep but on the consultation he said I could. My son was witness to that. I was upset about not being there so they secluded his father and I in the back recovery room. So stupid on their part because it turned out I could hear my son SCREAM while he was supposed to be under sedation. Then they threatened calling 911 because I was extremely upset listening to my son SCREAMING! No parent should EVER hear the BLOODCURDLING SCREAM that came out of my son! They never called because they knew they were in the wrong across the board. In hindsight, he placed the surgical suites all the way in the back so that there is no chance anyone can hear the screams which they tried to tell me were normal. I worked for many years at an conscious sedation dentist in the city and NEVER EVER heard a scream ever!!! He worked on anxious patients and children. Oh and Dr. Katz never came in to tell us all went well or anything. There is no follow up as standard procedure at the office according to his staff and we went out the back door because the people in the waiting room should never see what he does to a person. Never go to this surgeon! He is a MONSTER!!!!!!!

This place should be your last option, you will end up paying more here.Before doing the surgical teeth extraction, we confirmed every time that my insurance covers everything and they confirmed this.Later, I got the bill stating Anesthesia is not covered as its not medically required. BULLS**T. If thats the scenario, why we were not told this before doing the procedure.Doctors office will not entertain you later and will give excuses. Also, they tell lie to insurance company that this was informed to patient before doing extraction.Also, their customer service is WORST. Lady on phone doesnt know how to speak to patients/customers.Look for other options if you can if you dont want to get into any such nuisance.
