This place is not recommended at all. They are so unprofessional. Last time I visited they wanted to charge me in cash. They dont even try to send out the X-Rays to the insurance. I was sure that the insurance will pay for the filling I needed. They had a new decent doctor. He told me the insurance will pay without a doubt. (he already left because this is such unprofessional place). However, when I went today they told me that the visit is canceled because they dont have the filling. Imagine that dentinal office doesnt have a DENTAL filling. They said it will be delivered in two weeks. This is really ridiculous. I dont recommend this place to anyone, better off to look for another professional dental office.

The staff was great. they were all friendly, and were so nice. the front desk was so cooperative and very helpful. i recommend this dentist

I wish if I can give them less than one star. I really don’t recommend this place at all. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. The doctor didn’t discuss or ask what brought me in. I asked him to explain my Dental problem . He doesn’t have a bed manner. He didn’t do the filling right and I am in pain. The person who Is doing the X-ray dropped the thing on the floor and used it on me. As a result of the lack of sterilization I got ulcers. Under my tongue and mouth that I never had before. The receptionist is awful, she never answer phone call or return calls or respond to voice messages. I called many times and let several voice mail and they ignored me. I called again today and Barbra said shereen and the doctor at lunch, I will call you back and she never did too. I visited this office in November 12 and I call every day but they never responded. Please be aware of this office. I had an awful experience with them. Stay awayyyyyyyyyy from themI would like to add that the doctor is also unprofessional and the filling came out in the first week. He doesn’t know his job well.

Dr.soliman is best dentist doctor in Bayonne I didn’t feel anything when he workedThe office is very clean and also the assistant is very nice 👍🏻

Dr.Soliman is a kind, professional and wonderful dentist. He is conservative in his dental practices which I really like. Other dentists give multiple unnecessary x-rays, he did not for me. Sherine at the front desk is a super nice and helpful lady And the assistants very friendly.

I have recently started going and I love it. I come in and come out very satisfied! Very friendly staff. 10/10 recommend :)

If I could give Dr Raafat more than 5 stars I won’t hesitate. Dr Raafat is very professional in his job, relaxing and very calm doctor. Among my journey with different dentists I never felt comfortable with any doctor except Dr Raafat. I did so many treatments with him in Bayonne and Verona, some of them were very complicated like extracting two wisdom tooth and retreating a whole infected old root canal. In all of them he was very professional and patient. I totally recommend him as the best dentist in nj.
