Great place w super friendly staff n extensive selection. Love the smaller cozier feel of this location rather than larger location up the street. Would recommend for all family members for sure as both me and my kids feel comfortable here.

Had a general exam at Madison Eye Care. It was great. The doc was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The exam was quick but through. Also the cost of the frames in the shop were not bad at all. I highly recommend.

Dr. Koubek was thorough and concerned with helping me find solutions to my issues. The rest of the staff was great too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This is the first time I visited this location of Madison Eye Care. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Sarah Munther was very through, friendly, and knowledgeable! I also appreciated the extra cautions taken into place during the pandemic.

It’s been over a year since my last visit and Dr.Munther made me feel like I was just in last week. They don’t treat you like just another appointment. Always very friendly and efficient.

The doctor and staff member were great. Care was great. The only thing I wanted to mention....she dilated my eyes. Which I was worried about since I had to drive myself home. She said it was a mild solution so should be ok. I was fine sitting in the office. But as soon as I went outside my eyes started watering, and my vision was blurred. I drove a little up the street and then had to stop and have someone come and get me because it wasn’t safe for me to continue. It took the rest of the day for my eyes to feel better. Just wanted to mention that. It doesn’t change my opinion of the staff and care. Again, they were awesome.Traci Katrincsak

The entire staff was wonderful. I know that December can be a crazy place at Madison and I was seen right on time and treated like I was the only one in the building. I remain a loyal client.

Wow! I just had one of the qorst experiences Ive ever had with the receptionists at this place. When I originally went to get my exam everyone was so nice and welcoming. When I went to follow up, the lady that I met at the door(due to lockdown) was incredibly rude and condescending when I asked about the process for getting contacts since I had had the actual eye exam months ago but didnt follow up due to COVID. This was really upsetting since the day I got my exam I realy liked the place.

Madison eye care was very attentive to the needs of their client, as always.

Great experience with the office in Bay Village. Highly recommend Dr Kyle Koubek. I had a horrible experience at America’s Best Contacts and Glasses who gave me the WRONG prescription because they rushed through my exam (avoid them). Dr. Koubek was thorough and took his time with my exam, which is really important due to my high prescription (-8.50) and astigmatism in both eyes. Thank you!
