Dr. Santini is a bad doctor he is heartless. You go in good with him and you leave bad with him.

The doctor was extremely nice. Explained everything. After the surgery I couldnt get in to see him. I told the doctor I was getting worse and could barely walk. I finally got in to see another doctor in the practice 2 weeks after my surgery. I was sent directly to the emergency room and the doctor did another surgery that night. I was left with nerve damage in my right leg and foot. That is extremely painful. The doctor kept giving me oxy. It did not help. I was amazed at the lack of concern and lack of help to solve this problem. He wasnt even in the office for my last office visit. Since I have found out this make take over a year to heal. Dont take the chance. Find a different doctor and practice. Richie Walsh

Dr. Santini is a highly skilled vascular surgeon and rated one of the best in his field by Newsday. I went in the hospital on 9/25 for right carotid artery surgery and was home on the 26th. The surgery was a success and didnt even need any pain medication. I highly recommend him

I cant express the gratitude enough when it comes to the knowledge and experience that he has. He is one of the most respected vascular surgeons known. My mom was a 74 year old women who came in through the Emergency room with a very complex medical history and a widows artery that was 98% blocked. Dr.Davila Santini spoke to us in laymans terms and explained the reality of the situation and the many complications that would and could follow despite of his knowledge and expertise. He was honest about everything. He took care of my mother for a long time in and out of the hospital. He is and amazing surgeon with an amazing staff in office and has colleagues he works with that are equally experienced and professional. If you are looking for someone that you can trust whole heartedly to guide you the right way weather or not the prognosis will be what you would like to hear, then he is where you should go. My mom has passed almost a year ago now, but we were given two years more then we thought we had because of him and his colleagues. Thank you for the utmost respect, honesty, and care you provided to my mother. Thank you for the time you took to seek out the best possible outcome for her. This review has been long overdue.
