The worker celden was very helpful on getting my mother orthersation code and getting all the information she needed. I will always recommend people to this Zwanger they are very attentive and helpful and knowledgeable.

Last time my mom where there for mri and the two girls who suppose to be takings care the people who are doing the exam there where using TikTok and the exam was already done and scared there because she was pressing the button to call but those two girls where hanging out there using the phone and not doing the right job many people are scared bing inside a machine they are crazy to finish the exam fast but like that is scary to goo plus the peoples who had anxiety

Scheduled an appointment and gave Insurance info, Authorization Number, Rx & Procedure Code. I received a confirmation text of my appointment & took the day off of work (construction if you dont work you dont get paid) upon arrival I was informed that I was not booked for an appointment, they had no record of my insurance, or Authorization Number, Rx from my Doctor or procedure code, so they scheduled me later in the day after my work hours would have ended, in a different location. So I missed work and didnt make any money for the day all for nothing. Thank you very much for making a stressful situation even worse by making it possible to not earn a living for the day at a job that offers no sick time. My advice to anyone using this location is to triple check your appointment because its obvious they do no other know what they are doing at the service level of the business.

Is the best the staff are exelen and so nice fist time for my mammogram and I never go anywhere else was quick and pleasant. And also so clean 👌

Zwanger Bay Shore is the best. The staff here are excellent and so nice. First time for a mammogram with Zwanger and I will NEVER go anywhere else again. The test was quick and pleasant. No pain at all. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Mri woman was super rude! West islip is nice. The place is a dump! The rude people who work here make it that way! Crazy when im the one saying please and thank you and being ignored!

Zwanger - you should be ashamed of yourselves and youre employees. If IF you can get a person on the phone to schedule an apt they then hang up on you. I tried ALL DAY. Transferred, mailbox 4 is full, transfer failed. I was finally transferred to the billing dept??? There I was given advice to call LATE. I call at 7:50 and wow! A live person. As I was scheduling she hung up on me. I immediately called back. The message? Were closed. I get it. You want to go home. Its been a long day. But this is the medical field you chose. Ppl rely on you for tests that are frightening to them. That are needed ASAP as per their physician and this is how you operate? No ethics. I will be taking this further and getting the sono elsewhere. DO NOT RELY ON THESE PPL. THERE ARE OTHER PLACES TO GO. This is my 2nd experience w them. I wont get into the horrors of the first one. Good luck.

This place is amazing. The staff was so friendly and everything was a breeze from scheduling my appointment to having my MRI done. If you have to have any radiology work done go here.

Zwanger and Pesiri Radiology is the BEST of the BEST! From the appointment process to the employees conducting the procedure all is OUTSTANDING!! If you have any concerns ask for a manager and your concerns are NO MORE and all is great! Try them before you waste your time and money somewhere else. I give them 5 stars out of 5 stars after many visits to their various locations!
