I arrived at my appointment a little early and called and was told they were running late. My appointment was at 12:10. I did not get my MRI until 1:30. In addition I had my MRI on 6/18. Today is 6/28, 10 days later and they still have not completed the report. Disgraceful. Very disappointed in them. Have been using them for years for all my images and have to say that the Technicians are always wonderful.

It has been a week since I had an x-ray at this place and they still haven’t shared the images with my doctor. My doctor’s office has spent literally hours on the phone with them being passed around with no results. They created a portal with the images, but can’t figure out how to give access. The doctor’s office said this was the most incompetent imaging center they’d ever dealt with. Even the appointment itself felt incredibly sloppy and unprofessional. From the technician leaving her badge in her car, to the flip way they asked about my injury, to not knowing whether to turn the machine higher to go through a cast. I never write negative reviews, in fact when this radiology center requested me to review them, I sent my feedback directly to the office rather than make it public. However, now that a week has past and they have wasted so much of my and my doctor’s time bumbling around, I decided to write. It is actually UNSAFE for an imaging center to be unable to share results in a timely matter, because bones can move in a week if needed adjustments are unnecessarily delayed. Do not go here.

Did not have to wait long once inside. Very pleasant staff. Tech who did my test was a very nice person and made sure I was comfortable at all time. Nice experiences.

I worked for a family owned company for 20 years to avoid corporate and with that there were perks prior to my injury. Please note that Ana from your Bayshore NY office deserves a raise her human resource skills and kindness above her thoroughness deserves to be recognized. She deserves to be told by her superior that she made my day cause Im not a people person and my pain from my surgery causes me to have no patience and she treated me like a human being not a number. And its important to recognize when you have such an asset working for you. So Lennox Hill please advise and commend her for her excellent mannerism and follow up.SincerelyG. Panza

From the minute you walk in, everyone from the receptionist, the sonogram tech, and the radiologist are amazing. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. The staff is professional and I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a mammogram or sonogram.

Been to this location several times for multiple breast imaging tests. Janet, the radiologist was always soo nice and professional. Today, I needed a biopsy and she and Dr. Morganstern were absolutely fantastic!!! I was extremely nervous for the procedure and Janet went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves. They both made a very stressful and uncomfortable situation feel so nice and comforting. Better than 5 stars or 10/10. They were the BEST!!! Thank you both ❤

Lennox Hill Radiology is excellent! They are very professional, from the front desk to the technicians they were great! I highly recommend to anyone. Mammograms are very uncomfortable but they try to help make an uncomfortable procedure the most pleasant they can.

Have gone here for many of my radiology services. Always professional. I was sad to hear that my regular ultra sound expert had retired! All the best to her. New name but same great service!

I have been going to Medical Arts Radiology for 10 years now and Ive always had a good experience. Except for the fact that they now ask for copaysWhen it used to be they submitted the bill to the Insurance. The staff has always been the best !

I had 2 procedures today. Mammogram and a lung CT. The technicians were very friendly and caring with both. I would highly recommend Lennox hill radiology to all my friends and family.

My experience was Awesome I was very nervous but all the ladies gave me so much assurance that I felt comfortable and The technician that I had was very understanding inwhich everything was a breeze and for the record it didnt hurt at all. They are really good!!!

I was required to text the word here when I arrived so they could give me an ok to enter the office. I did that but never got a reply. Just walked in anyway. Everything else went smoothly.

Being that Medical Arts recently joined Lenox Hill Radiology, it wasnt unexpected to have new procedures to follow for making appointments. It probably took longer the first time, but once you setup a userid on their system, it should be an easier process.As far as the office visit went, I was in and out in 15 minutes where in the past one would be waiting at least that long before your name was called. Office staff very polite and professional. It was an easy visit.

What can I say? It was fast, relative to other doctor visits. The staff was friendly and the front desk accommodated a special request I had regarding facing my info. I would recommend this center.

I am not going back there even though I had used them many times before. Today was really a bad experience because the person helping me did not know what she was doing and had a terrible attitude. She said my credit card was decline and that she tried many times which could not be true because I have money in my account but had not cash for my $25 dollar copay my appointment was late and had to go to the bank even after showing her that I had money in the bank. I almost did not get my MRI done and after an hour later and almost feeling like crying and upset because I had ask for day off from work to get this done she even said that i should had been prepared and bring cash For backup but with everything with covid I try not to used cash as much to prevent contamination. I also needed x rays which I went right after and they used my credit card and was no issue. I never write reviews but She made me feel so embarrassed. Technicians were great and the sweet person in front desk of x rays section kind of changed my view but for me I will not go there for MRI again.

Technicians get a 5 but was asked to sign in virtually which I did after being asked to leave the office but waited 10 minutes in the hallway and never received a response! Clean it up and get it together over there

Very nice experience, fast and friendly.

Was here for my son back in 2018 a few times, and for my daughter last night. All of the staff is very respectable and efficient at their job. And thank you very much to Debra at the desk, I was running around like a chicken without a head all day, didnt grab my wallet with ID and daughters insurance card but she made phone calls to the pediatrician to have the information sent to her. The day I was having yesterday was terrible and I was so glad that she knew what to do. And Michelle the x Ray tech is super sweet. I would give 10 stars if I could.

It didnt take that long and it was not painful. I had a mamo and the tech was very polite and nice.

This review is ONLY for the difficulty in getting through to a person to make an appointment for a specialized procedure that I was not able to make online. I tried various locations but their answering system was the same for all locations. Finally, when I did get through I realized the person didn’t know the proper procedure needed before scheduling an appointment. After calling a different company I was told I needed an authorization from my doctor. The receptionist at the other company was very helpful and gave me the NPI number and tax number that I would need for the authorization.

The Staff members were very nice espically the lady named Michelle if I remembered her name correctly. She was very polite, patient and explained everything about what was happening with for my X-Rays when she took them. This place is great!

The people are awesome but the signage is Terrible and the building is old and shabby . The hallways are small and claustrophobic.

I had to do an uncomfortable procedure done today at Medical Arts Radiology but the staff and especially Nora the MRI tech made it as tolerable as possible. She was very professional.

Ladies at the desk could be a little nicer. Also disorganized about where to get xrays done. Went to 2nd floor only to be sent back down to the 1st floor. X-ray tech was very nice. Overall not bad but Im used to zwanger. They have you fill out all ppwk before hand. So visit was long. About an 1hr 1/2

Used Bay Shore location. Folks in office were very friendly and helpful. Hobbled with a broken foot I sure appreciated the kindness. Josh especially great and even dashed out from his reception desk to grab the door for me. Good people to me means good company. Also had my test results to the doc in 10 min! Thanks guys!!!!

Excellent service. I was very happy with the interaction between everyone there. Lisa, the MRI tech whose name I think might have been Tom (I’m sorry it escapes me at the moment) the woman he was training, and the staff at the front desk were all pleasant and welcoming.

1st mammogram and the experience went smoothly. I was a bit nervous. However, everyone was pleasant and the technician took her time to explain exactly what to expect and what was occurring as she performed the test. She was very understanding about my anxiety and therefore accommodated me accordingly. She also explained what to expect after the exam, why I might receive a phone call and when I would possibly return. She was very thorough without being alarming. Thank you for making my first experience a good one.

The office staff and technicians are so nice. I havent been there in a while, but everyone is friendly. The office, waiting area and exam rooms were clean. I love that they take walk-ins! It allowed me to get my Dr. Appt, blood work and x-rays done in half a day!!

I was greeted warmly, treated with dignity and respect.The Doctor explained everything that she was going to be doing during the biopsy. She told me to advise her if I felt any sharp pain. Step by step she warned me of what she would be doing. Her explanation of what would happen was on point.Afterward, she gave me her cell phone number and advised me to call if I hadnt heard anything in a few days.She ended up calling me as soon as she got the preliminary report.I have never been treated so kindly and humanely while in a medical facility.I highly recommend this facility.

I highly recommend Medical Arts Radiology in Patchogue. They were courteous, professional and sensitive to my situation. The staff beginning with the receptionist were friendly and extremely helpful. The technicians were great and genuinely cared. I called about my results and immediately given an answer and not a brush off as some offices do. They even called back with a follow up to see how I was doing and if there was anything they could do to help. Thank you...please keep up the good work.

Very professional.. quick and easy

Went there to have my first MRI staff was kind , not rude however I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half and left without even getting the MRI done. I was actually told I was late and overheard staff conversing about me being late although I arrived on time. I watched two other patients come in after me and leave before me. I will not be returning and have decided to get my MRI done somewhere else.

Much more courteous and quicker response while getting appointment than Zwanger-Pesiri where I kept holding line for multiple minutes than finally left message and reply came next morning and still could not get the appointment when I wanted it.Visit at Medical Art was also a breeze and staff was extremely friendly, genuinely helping the visitors.

Not sure exactly how long the receptionist was going to let my sister and me stand at a window before asking if shes could help us-and when I finally said excuse me she acted like we couldnt possibly be annoying her more. Have always had good service here, and the techs are wonderful, so maybe its just this one receptionist who has perfected the art of couldnt possibly care less. Not appropriate when employed in healthcare. If you dont understand that, get another job.

Front desk representative is terrible. Person who spoke to me had an attitude in her voice. They should treat their patients nice and with a respect.

Always able to make an appointment in a more than reasonable time frame. Weekend appointments available too. Parking lot recently expand and valet parking also available. Office waiting time is reasonable.

Great people my technician was exallent

I have been going for 10+ years staff r very nice. They have all my records of mamo. I skipped two years going on to 3rd year. When I finally went they found something and did biopsy. Last recent mammogram they call my breast surgeon to let him know I had an issue.

I had a great experience. The appointment was a weekday morning, not crowded and with a short wait time. The reception area was clean and staff friendly. The technician and the doctor were also friendly and easy going; introducing themselves and explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable.
