Nicest Staff from the front desk to technician and Nurses. Took my mom several times there for cancer follow up test. Keep up the good work.

The main problem is that it took a WEEK for the radiologist to read my CAT scan. That was AFTER I called after 4 days to see if they had faxed it out to my doctor. The office staff person didn’t seem very knowledgeable and the overall wait was too long. The technician seemed average compared to the ones I have had at New York Presbyterian. I would not recommend this place.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Their spcheel says Northwell...quality care... My daughter , who is a nurse, was admitted 2 days ago. Here we are 2 days later, January 23, 2021 shes still in the ER. Each time I call the nurses station, Im placed in hold for long periods of time, to the point the phone automatically disconnects. Which, led me to have her sign herself out. Ill take her to Stony Brook, a quality hospital.

For the third day I cant call the reception to make an ultrasound appointment. I call several times a day, but on the third day, unfortunately, no one answers! Its just awful !!!!

I spent 30 minutes on the phone listening to ads. No one ever answered, I finally hung up. Terrible service

Had an HSG here back in December 2019. Really great facility, and the doctors and nurses on staff were wonderful. They made an otherwise uncomfortable procedure as pleasant as possible. That is the main reason this place is still getting 3 stars. Fast forward almost two months later, and this is probably a comment on Northwell Health in general; They just sent me a bill of over $1000. It should be common practice that Financial services and/or Billing department should inform patients know what they bill and how much they may balance bill for up front. Upon calling the billing department to inquire about this bill, I was told that I would have had to ask for a cost estimation before going in for the appointment, something that was not offered to me when making the appointment! I urge anyone making an appointment here to call the billing department and ask for a cost estimation, this way you arent surprised when a large balance bill comes!

Had a 8 30 am Appointment for MRI of Brain..After signing few Documents, I was asked to change into Hospital use & throw dress..The Nurse applied IV fluid device. After few minutes, sent into the MRI Machine..was offered music but opted only ear plugs. Felt suffocated and Anxious for few seconds..closed my eyes and thought about people trapped in collapsed buildings. Motivated myself keeping my eyes closed..there was sound of different frequencies..being from India was used to Chaotic Traffic. After 25 minutes, Nurse injected IV Fluid..went in smiling, came out smiling..Very good Medical Service by Northwell Radiology, Bayshore. Too Good Staff !! Thanks Northwell..
