Worst dental office experience I’ve ever had. In 2017 my father took me here because he loved it so much. They placed a temporary crown in my mouth and after the fact I was told I had to pay $230 for lab fees to finish the rest which I didn’t have because I was going to school full time and not working. Recently my dad found out that charge of 230 was on his credit report and when he asked they said it was on his report because when I got the temp. I was under 18. In 2017 I was 21 so they clearly lied. When I called to talk to someone they said come in we will finish what we started and don’t have to pay the 230. I live over 40 minutes away and confirmed that I wouldn’t have to pay and that if that what was going to happen I would be very upset if they told me I would still have to pay especially since I don’t have the money. Of course when I got there they refused to do anything until the fee was paid, so I left. A second lie they got caught in. No other place will even touch this tooth until they remove it which they refused. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever come to this great expressions, nothing but lies, scams and people who don’t care about their patients just the money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My first few visits were pretty pleasant so I decided to bring my daughter there as well in 2017. They put in a temporary cap and later found out the insurance didn’t cover the lab fee (they no longer used a certain type of materials for the crown that the insurance didn’t cover) and she was told to pay $230 which she didn’t have. Why someone would put something in your mouth to only find out it didn’t cover insurance is very suspicious, unprofessional scammer-like and the first red flag. Fast forward to earlier this year, I see a charge of $230 on the credit report from when I took my daughter to get her temporary crown. When I called the office to sort out the situation they stated because she got the temporary in 2017 she was a minor therefore it was charged to my account and that’s why it is on my credit report . In 2017 MY DAUGHTER WAS 21 NOT A MINOR which was red flag number 2. Obviously very upset of the miscommunication and lies I demanded they finish what they started regardless of the $230. I called so much to beg to have this fixed and it became to the point where they didn’t answer the phone if they recognized my number. Eventually my daughter was told that she wouldn’t have to pay $230 and to just come in to finish what they started in 2017. When she got there they told her she would have to pay the $230 even though that wasn’t what they said on the phone. Also another red flag was when I called another great expressions they explained that whether she got the temporary as a minor or not that charge should not be reflected on my credit report. All I want is for them to finish what they started so I never have to think of this terrible place ever again and they have refused. It’s now years later and her temporary is starting to hurt her gums. No other place will touch that tooth until the temporary is removed and they refuse to help. Yes I know the procedure was years ago and knowing my daughter didn’t have the money I would have paid for it. As much as I would like to help her pay for it now the pandemic has myself and my daughter struggling financially. I would have paid the fee but she didn’t tell me at the time. Worst dental office in New York. Would not recommend.

I’ve been seen by multiple specialists and each one was better than the next. Kept me relaxed. Upfront with the billing. Appointments have been generally in time, not much waiting.

Always see me on time whether for a cleaning or to see the dentist. They explain not only what should be done but the cost as well. And they remember that I need a detailed receipt for insurance without me asking.

Great Expressions of Bayshore have the most attentive and patient staff, focused on the client experience and quality of life. Having a parent with Alzhimers is challenging enough, but feeling a since of relief knowing that you are going to get the best care possible for them, is immeasurable. Keep up the great work GE of Bayshore.

Began by having me scheduled for the wrong service. Went in with a cracked tooth. Left with the same cracked tooth. Told me I had to be outsourced. Their only dentist capable of an extraction was booked solid for 2 months? Unusual. So I am a patient with an emergency cracked tooth who was told go find someone else to extract the tooth and then come back and see us. Well having me find someone else means I will be taking my whole families business to that practice for good. Highly unprofessional . Very disappointed.

I went to Dr. Joseph Dene because my cap came out but I was able to put it back in before the visit. When I got there Dr. Joseph Dene tried to remove my cap but couldn’t. After ten failed tries, he than broke my cap out of my mouth. Than realizing he made a mistake he told me that the tooth wouldn’t go back in and he could help me. After that is changed me for him to another dentist. If he doesn’t fix it by on my next visit I will sue him. I have the recording and voice recording of the whole Procedure. Worse dentist in the world. He messed up my smile than left me to deal with on my own.

I went here awhile ago. I’m giving one star because I was getting some cavities filled and it hurt sooo bad that I was flinching. Oh? Unusual? Yes! I felt the drilling and the assistant was being a jerk telling me to stop moving and that I felt nothing because I was numbed but I was in so much pain. They still finished my cavities.. The numbing clearly didn’t work. It worked once I had left. My lips were numbed once I walked out the office. I guess they didn’t give me enough time. But, I am SCARRED FOR LIFE. I have never had a fear of dentist but the aggressiveness AND pain I had went through has damaged me enough to be afraid of dentist. I just received a text message about booking an appointment with them which reminded me to warn you guys NOT TO GO HERE ! They clearly do NOT care about your experience!

Staff communication and care is great. Excellent cleaning. Exceeded my expectations.

The team here at Great Expressions Dental (Bayshore) are helpful, patient, and understanding. I don’t like most of the general dentists here as they are a bit cold and stand offish. They need to hire female general dentist. However, the hygienists make up for it. They are so sweet, helpful, and informative. I had a cleaning by Joanna (if I got her name correctly) and she answered all of my questions. She consistently checked in with me to ensure I was doing okay. She gave great dental hygiene recommendations and I felt supported. Doctor Wyen (I’m not sure if I spelled that right) lectured me about my teeth and dental care and tried to make me feel shame about it. He wasn’t very receptive to my questions and at some points he scolded me. Maybe doctors are just a bit more cold. I have them five stars because they do everything in one office and are on top of it. They’re organized and I appreciate that. Definitely my fav place to receive dental care. Highly recommend.

I met with the oral surgeon, Dr. Cho, for a consultation follow-up on what needs to be done next. As we were talking and he showed me my dental work online, Adison, the assistant kept laughing and pointing to my chart. Horrible behavior!! Who does that to a patient and what doctor just lets that happen? I am not surprised that Great Expressions may allow such crude, mean treatment since its a franchise. Such poor customer service is prevalent in many businesses.

The reception desk workers were very nice as was the x-ray tech but the hygienist was so rough and such an aggressive salesperson. I almost walked out after she was threatening that I would have to accept her up-sell or she would have to refer me out.I was supposed to schedule appointments for my wife and daughter but I’m pretty sure that we’re going to find a new place instead.

Even though I had to bring my 86 year-old mother back five times they did a fabulous job of making a new top denture for her they did a fabulous job of a nice bright smile thank you so much

Dreadful practice. They call you 3 times to confirm yet they make you wait over 30 mins to be seen. 4th time!!!! The place is filthy and Im not just talking about the floors. The first time I was there the dentist after an xrays barely looked into mouth. The hygienist which was nice insists on up selling services even when you dont want them especially if you suffer gum disease and have already been through many deep scaling perio procedures.This isnt my first rodeo and the only reason I changed dentist was bc I loved 45 mins one way away. Ps I go to the dentist every 3 months for a cleaning. UGH

My daughter got her braces taken off today after 15 months of treatment. The results are beyond perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Ganz (orthodontist) and all the staff at Great Expressions of BAYSHORE. If you want quality care, this is the place to come!

The girls at the front desks are so rude! The first time I just think they having a bad day but it keeps happening. From hanging up the phone on me to canceling my appointment without noticing me and the attitude they give when you try talking to them about anything. Wow! Worst customer service ever! Its just too much. I must say they did a good job on my teeth but family and I changing dentist though.

Horrible experience. So unprofessional. The receptionists there are so rude. I need 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out & the doctor told me that it’ll be a 12 minute procedure which I thought was ridiculous. 4 wisdom teeth in 12 minutes? Went to another oral surgeon! Totally recommend them! Oral surgeon of merrick!!

Was rushed in and out after waiting an hour in an over packed waiting room then was pressured to spend a lot of money even though I have insurance and Im certainly not wealthy and they knew it. I have to find another dentist now. I would give less stars if possible

Had an amazing experience with Dr.Nguyen. I had called several places and couldn’t find a Dentist that took me Dentaquest Medicaid plan . This office took the time to submit authorization for my work and was able to get it done . Dr. Was very precise with what I was getting done . He does take his time , but it’s worth the wait . Each doctors gives each individual patient the quality time they need . A scheduled appointment doesn’t always mean you will be in at that time , it’s just guaranteed that you will be seen. Emergencies happen , I don’t want him rushing on other patients to get to me . Everyone deserves quality time . Make an appointment, make the time don’t rush 😝 I would definitely recommend This office, if you have a Dentaquest plan they will know how your plan works.

They try to Up sell you, Even if your service is covered by insurance they will up sell you something so you have to pay. They rush your cleaning and the dentist spends about 1 second with you...

Dr. Ganz is THE BEST PERSON IN THE WORLD. He helped me so much when I had braces on. He was so gentle and so soft. I looked like a horse.. now I look like a HUMAN. God bless him!

Total SCAM artists! They told me I had to pay $1,000 for my braces which sounded fishy since they never mentioned that to me before. I called my insurance and I didnt have to pay them ANYTHING. When I confronted them about it, they told me that they didnt think it was fair that their contract with my insurance paid so little but that is not my fault. If youre not happy with your contract, GET A NEW CONTRACT OR BACK OUT.I thought it was just me, but they just pulled the SAME thing with my husband and his daughter. They obviously dont know we are in the same family. They must do this to everyone with our insurance. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. I cant imagine how many people fell for this, its criminal.

This my 2nd time calling, lady asked what she can help w I told her appt and she instantly put my on hold and that was at 1 minute into the call but yet she’s answering other calls because I used another phone to call ! And I was still on the like while typing this review she never came back! Finally got her after 4 times and the Lady was so freaking rude ! Trying to make me pay for a cleaning and exam when I just had it done in August ! Lady didn’t apologize for putting me on a hold for 20 min just rude and had a crazy attitude ! Real scammers I will change my dentist soon

My whole family has been coming here for the past two yrs. After several Dr/ office switches, we are proud to say that we finally found our place. From check in to check out, every experience we had so far is beyond satisfied. Flexibility, caring process in and out! Our Dr’s and their assistants are more than professional and patient including the whole front staff with Toni, Abby and Juan! Thank you for all you guys do! I have to say that I still decided to make the phone call and schedule an appointment . I have Dentaquest Healthfirst Medicaid to be exact , and I called many places and they gave me run around. I had the outmost best experience staring with scheduling my appointment to my visit with Oral surgeon Dr. Cho . Office was very friendly and Doctor was very gentle . Dr. Cho took his time to explain what was being done and with a blink of an eye it was all done and didn’t feel a thing . PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE YOUR INSURANCE DOESN”T COVER EVERYTHING YOU NEED ,DOESN’T MAKE IT A BAD DENTIST . IF YOUR UPSET AT YOUR BF OR YOUR EMPLOYER DON’T POST A BAD REVIEW. It seems the reviews are for all the Great Expressions offices, not this one. My daughter goes to the Levittown office. Bay Shore is meh. Reception was pleasant & helpful. Otherwise NOBODY introduced themselves or their role (including Dr Eldik) Kara the hygienist did but she was VERY painful cleaning and messy-sprayed water all over my face like water boarding torture. I do have to have 2 crowns replaced. They gave me a fair $ estimate. Still undecided if I will return.

I highly recommend that no one set foot in Great Expressions Dental Center in Bay Shore Ny it is a complete torture chamber they are solely out for your insurance money and nothing else I had a procedure done where they had to extract 2 teeth. The entire procedure was done in the matter of 15 minutes total the novocaine didnt start to hit till I was being kicked out for the next patient to come in I wasnt even given any water or paper towels to rinse off the excessive amount of blood pouring from my mouth. I wasnt given a minute to gather my thoughts you can hear the screams from all the rooms besides me it was a living nightmare. Ive never felt pain like that in my entire life. They literally yanked at my teeth with all their might as they ask you if it hurts I said it did and they continued just to get me out of there and cash out unbelievable their cold blooded money hungry Savage animals! NEVER AGAIN!! If you had a bad experience with them please rate them online. This has to stop.

This was my son first visit...First impression was super cool. So far I like what I experienced. I will be in a better position to give a review after my second visit. I needed a to get a broken tooth extracted and start an implant process on the opposit side. Doctor Cho is one of the best oral surgeons I have ever been to. Between his demeanor his efficiency, and excellent work he is the main reason I follow him from office to office through great expressions.Loss of star is due to the lack of AC working during such a procedure. Made an already stressful experience more uncomfortable.

I was just on the phone with Dianna one of the unprofessional receptionist, hanged up on me not twice but three times, has no capability to keep a ethical conversation with dental patient ... most receptionist in this office have a stank stuck up attitude, other than that the dental staff are very sweet and Dr. Cho is very nice and makes you feel comfortable for oral surgery ..

This is the first place I have seen regular cleaning is just piecing the gum and flossing. You have to pay extra even though they know the insurance covers it. Bay Shore location.

I got work done and found out later that I regret it. Felt like a scam here! I saw Dr. Eldik and he was really rude, pushy on his treatment plan. When I didnt want to spend money on more expensive procedures I was given bad attitude. Dont go to this location. A waste of time and money.

Very upset with this place they call me to schedule a appointment the they before and I agree and take the time they provide me my appointment was 5:00PM I show up at 4:50PM and after almost half hour waiting the lady “Just told me sorry the doctor is baked up you most likely go have to wait another 20 mins” unbelievable terrible coordinations.

Yesterday was my first Visit at Great Expressions and i must say the staff there was very professional, and attentive, Dr. Cho was my oral surgeon and man he was excellent, Abigail was the manager on staff and she was exceptional. overall i want to thank all their staff that made my experience comfortable . I came here during covid because my main office was closed. The doctors in this office especially Dr Eldik are scam artists. All they care about is money. They overtreat me because my insurance pays less. I miss my original office and honesty of my own dentist. Stay away from this office at all cost. Take whatever Dr Eldik and any dr’s treatment in this office with a grain of salt and seek second opinion. They are the worse! Go to their other locations instead!

Writing this review on behalf of my boyfriends horrible experience. He went here and they were trying to upsell and pressure him to get extra stuff. On top of that they billed him extra for something without telling him first... knowing that his insurance did not cover it. When he called to find out why he received a bill on top of what he had already paid when he first went in the manager stated that the person working that day was new and probably didn’t know. Also wrote in their notes that he gave consent when he actually didn’t. Unfortunately now he’s stuck paying extra because their staff isn’t knowledgeable. Definitely will not ever be going back and will warn others.

Another pleasant visit at Great Expressions Dental Center.The office is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a great hours so they fit into pretty much any schedule. Special shout out to Fernando, the best dental hygienist ever! Only negative... I find that sometimes the wait can be a little long.

The staff here was was above par. From the Dr. Dental hygienist, assistants and staff at the front desk. All had positive attitudes and all very skilled. Front desk help me with any adjustments needed on my bill and gave me the latest options on services best for my dental hygiene. Dr Ganz and Dr Dene are perfectionist in their craft. I’m very happy with the end result. Highly recommended.

Great service and super quick! I loved all the staff they were so friendly and not rough at all, I have sensitive teeth, so that’s a big deal for me. They explained everything in great length and all the staff was very patient and understanding with absolutely everything! Love this office!

People here are interested in your health and well-being and not making a quick buck off of you at the expense of your teeth. They go above and beyond the call of duty and will ensure your smile lasts and looks amazing. I had a dental emergency during the peek of covid-19. I normally visit the Lindenhurst location but was referred to the bay shore location. Dr Anthony Demarco, who normally resides at the Brookhaven location saw me. Upon meeting him, I was ready to abandon my current dentist forever. He was friendly, personable and put my anxious mind at ease almost immediately. I have an infection which he prescribed some antibiotics for and hope to be feeling better soon. I highly recommend him.

Horrible horrible. Went to see the dentist due to pain I was experiencing, they took X-rays examined me and said I would have to make another appointment to have a cavity refilled. They love wasting people’s time and over charging. Doctors are rude and do not listen. Wish I could give 0 stars!

This place gave an appointment for 1:00 calling are house each day for an appointment. We come here and a curly haired lady says are appointment is canceled because we didnt confirm the appointment never receiving a call says to confirm. So we drive there and the lady was being aragant and sassy saying are appointment was canceled without giving a confirm or cancel call. She said the dentist had a family emergency. I had to stick my three kids in the car to get an appointment canceled without getting notice

Ive had nothing but head aches with this office. Called the day before my wisdom teeth extraction to see if everything was good to go and was told it was. Came in the following day to find out they need to resend an auth to my ins. When I wasnt told anything the day prior. A waste of my time, office is unprofessional and lack communication with patients.

It seems to me the quality of the experience depends upon what office you go to. The Bay Shore office happens to give good service, but Ive heard the West Babylon office is not as good, especially with their billing. Everyone at the Bay Shore office has treated me well, and the dental treatment is excellent also.Bill T.

BUTCHERS!!!!!! NEVER go here!!!!!!! They submitted to insurance for wrong tooth, started work anyway so basically they did it without getting paid. They broke the core of the tooth, severely cut up the gum. They had garbage of a novolin vial on floor..... HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

The assistants are very nice but the doctor Is horrible. Only wants your money. He wanted to remove three teeth all at once. When I told him I didnt have the money for that at the moment he just never showed up and they walked me to the door. Went to the Smilist and the Service was much better. Great expressions, you are a nono for me.

I got my braces done with the orthodontist Abraham Ganz (he is best, excellent!! 😁😁) Not only is he good at fixing fixing teeth, hes also friendly, and knowledgeable. Im in love with my teeth and my smile. Treatment was 16 months.

Cracked my front tooth Tuesday night, they gave me an appointment the next day. Staff upon entering was pleasant and knowledgeable. In fact other dentists in the area have given me such a hard time because I have multiple dental insurance plans but (I think her name was Danielle) knew exactly what to do and how to bill them. I didnt get the name of my dentist but he was AWESOME. A chinese gentleman who was nice as could be and explained everything. I went there with a sliver left of a front tooth and left looking like nothing was wrong, in fact my wife said the temporary tooth there now looks better then the tooth that was there and I agree. A++++ for this place!

On 12/10/19 I had an emergency molar extraction by Dr. Chun Pae Cho/Oral Surgeon without anesthesia !!!! WoooHooo for me !!! I mean seriously, I am a 60-year-old woman who is absolutely terrified by dentists, let alone an oral surgeon. Upon arriving I was greeted by both Abby/office manager, and Toni/Patient Consultant wIth smiles and absolute kindness. My whole body was trembling knowing that my tooth would be extracted without knocking me totally out. Juan/Dr Chos assistant called me in and explained the procedure and that Dr Cho is the ABSOLUTE BEST !!!! To my surprise with only a few tears, I had the extraction done successfully by THE ABSOLUTE BEST ORAL SURGEON IN THE UNIVERSE!!! If it was not for the pep talk that Toni gave me about having all 4 wisdom teeth removed without anesthesia and the kindness of Abby/Office Manager & Dental Assistant Juan & the KINDNESS AND COMPASSION DR. CHUN PAE CHO gave to me i would have run out the door, lol ; ) !!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND! Siincerely, Susan Vega

Dr Pao Cho is an excellent surgeon, who is caring. The dental l assistants/technicians are excellent as well, they make a great team. The team listens to ones concerns and addresses any issues or concerns. Very professional and the exam rooms are comfortable and appealing.

I was displeased. They try to make you feel as though you have no say in your treatment. Front desk basically advised that I couldnt get the services covered by plan because they feel work needs to be done according to their schedule not your insurance. They expect me to pay out of pocket for things that are covered in increments by insurance plan.I think ultimately the decision should be the clients not the business. Constant push for care credit plans.

The dentist was rude. He was watching a soccer game while trying to do my very sensitive root canal. The second time there computers went down and you could tell by his attitude he didn’t want to work on me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Do not go here !!! I went to go do fill ins I told them my teeth hurt and I know I have another Cavitity they insisted I didn’t .... now I have these two cravities UNTREATED & in PAIN.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Let’s not forget the time I went for a fill in they did and I came back because it was hurting I waited 3HRS almost 4HRS just so the dentist could tell me I’m going to feel sensitivity for a few weeks because it was a deep fill in... BUT not even check my teeth. The staff are ALL RUDE!!! THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.0 RATING.

I recently started going here since my insurance changed and Every time I go in they all have been nice and very accommodating. Although 1 of the receptionists is a bit too rude but the rest of the staff are very respectful and understanding.

I really like this location. .I feel the Dentist and the hygienists are very well trained and thorough..Ive been to quite a few dentist and Great Expressions has by far exceeded my expectations!!..I never used to like going to the dentist but because of the skilled and caring attention I received each visit..I now look forward to it!!

I was recommended to this office for my daughters braces, Got consult and braces same day. I consulted with another orthodontist who said she was going to be onBraces for 2 years, this doctor will do it in 15 months. I would highly recommend this office doctor and staff very knowledgeable.

The absolute best as far as I am concerned and I am always extremely anxious whenever I go to the dentist. I think they know this, I guess my tension shows? Because they always seem to deal with me in ways that seem to make it easy for me.I have been going to this same dentist office for approx 20 years, the office staff are NEVER nasty, always helpful, my dentist Dr.Eldik is a good man and a great dentist never once hurt me and I have a crippling fear of dentists , something like 20 years ago I needed an 8 tooth bridge, It is still in!I think that speaks to pride and quality of workThe dental hygienist are always helpful, respectful and also dont make me feel uncomfortable and that is important especially for anyone who is very self conscious or vain :) if the shoe fits . . .I have been reading some nasty comments and saying to myself, either these people making these awful comments are the typical liars that try to look for any way to beat the fare so to speak or theyre in a different dentist office or delusional , maybe all of the above.I am in the service industry so I am all to aware of how some people try to manipulate companies and make threats of bad reviews, as if we did not know the internet existed , you either bend over backward to be of service or you never do, if you never do you normally dont last too long. .I have to go back next week to see the oral surgeon whom I met today for a consultation Dr Nguyen, again I have nothing bad to report, pure professionalism and eased my tension, anxiety and fear.Unfortunately for me I am the type of person that waits until I can not stand the pain any longer to see the dentist but this is of no reflection on them, I have always been this way but every time I go , I say to myself why in Gods name did you wait so long what are you afraid of, youve never been hurt before.I am my own worst enemy sometimes.Cost is one thing, anything of quality will costYou want to save a dollar get a dentist in MexicoBe warned though,go in needing dental work, you might leave needing kidneys :)It should never hurt ones pride and pain should be limited and for those reasons I swear by the entire staff at Great Expressions.I highly recommend them!

I needsd an emergency extraction and I called the same day to get an appointment the staff was very accommodating, polite, and helpful. The oral surgeon I saw Dr. Cho was absolutely amazing. Very kind and attentive. Additionally he called me later that night see how I was doing. I would recommend to anyone.

If you want to be treated with dignity, stay away from this clinic. I just moved to the area few months ago. On my first visit, I told them that my last Xray was less than a year ago and I’d prefer to not have another Xray this soon. My concern was completely discredited and ignored. Instead of trying to request xray from my prior dentist they simply said it’s protocol and I won’t be examined if I declined an Xray. So I forcefully did it. I’ve been going to my prior dentist every 6 months for regular cleaning and this visit was less than 6 months since my last one. I was told that I need deep cleaning based on their exam findings. The doctor saw me for 2 mins, just said “no cavity” and then left. When I declined deep cleaning since the copay is high, I was scheduled for another date for regular cleaning. Today when I showed up for the regular cleaning, after waiting for 30 mins, I was told by the dental assistant that I can’t have regular cleaning if I refused to have deep cleaning. When I requested to speak with the hygienist or dentist, my request was denied. I’ve never been treated like this ever by any of my previous doctors but at this clinic, it has been just one after another problem. I’m disgusted by the way the dentist (Dr. Nguyen) and his staffs treated the patient.

Being a new patient today they were really nice, would definitely come back again.

Very polite staff , very welcoming to patients , take take to review any issues with you...doctor Wen is great ...he explains all procedures that are being done....he made me feel very relaxed..I havent been to the dentist in 2 years because of a horrible experience I had..but Dr Wen is so delicate I didnt feel no pain ..I come routinely now ...Im so glad to find a great dentist ..to care for me.

Jalisa was extremely knowledgeable and handle my sensitive teeth with such care. She did an outstanding job.

My first visit in the Bayshore location had to be rescheduled after waiting an hour. They were able to get the xrays done before I left. My secon apt was for 9:10 am. I waited in the room until she came in at 10. I have been going to the dentist for 50 years and I have never been treated so roughly. I had my head turned to the side by her abruptly more than once. I had no glasses on and the water was flying everywhere. The tube was not getting all the exceas fluid from my mouth so it kept running down the side of my face. I was asked about the $30 anti-microbal at the beginning and said ok but as I thought about I changed my mind. I have never been asked about that type of treatment and decided it was probably more of a mpney making add on. So when she was done polishing my teeth and asked me to rinse, I told her I didnt want it done. She told me she had already used half the tube. I said fine so she did the rest and then told me to spit of what was in my mouth, not to rinse, eat or drink for the next half hour. What happened to the first half of the tube that she had me rinse out??? I am beyond annoyed. I will not go back to that office location. I was told the office in Selden is much better. Dont go to the Bayshore office.

Terrible place went fo an extraction for a severe tooth ache and was told it wasnt gonna happen. The dr. I saw wanted to do six root canals and 3 or 4 fillings rather than just pulling a few teeth clearly to get the most money possible from me and insurance. Now a month later Im in the hospital with a jaw infection because nothing was taken care of the day of my visit not even a cleaning... and the people at the front desk are extremely rude especially the check out ladies when I walked out I was asked what was done and the nurse was asked what am I being billed for when we said nothing she shook her head and said I can just leave...
