I had been fasting for 12 hours for a prolactin test. My appointment was at 9:45am because it was the only one available. I was there on time and they kept me waiting until 10:12am. Then, they told me that they were not able to do the bloodwork because it was past 10am and the rules for that test is before 10. I explained to them that I was there early and they told me that they had a lot of customers and that it wasn’t their fault. They didn’t even try to do anything and they seem careless about customers. This is the worst laboratory I have been.

What a bad service they give!!Never ever come to this location..If you want your time to be wasted, most welcome!I drove all the way from Staten Island to here asI’d appointment at 10AM but guess what.. the lady at front desk is giving her walk-ins friends more priority then the people already in line..Will never come here again in my life!!

I’d give zero stars if possible. I had an appointment and still waited an hour before anyone talked to me. I was called in 40 minutes after I checked in, but nothing was there to check me in. It’s one woman working there and with the amount of walk-ins it’s a nightmare. Won’t be coming back here and don’t recommend it for anyone who values their time.

Not only was the girl at the front extremely rude, but they lost my blood and I had to retake my blood test again! Terrible experience- Trust me and just go somewhere else

Had blood work done on a Thursday, its now Monday and still no results. Definitely not a good sign. Also, nobody answers the phone.

Didnt know I got a second job aa front desk receptionist. taking peoples id is too much for a human here.

Very nice lab and staff

The ladies there are always friendly and professional. But today, even though I was in and out within 15 minutes. A new woman helped me. After drawing blood my arm felt sore and this morning I got an extra large black and blue.

Unprofessional. Only ever one worker at the location. Long wait times. Nowhere to sit while waiting. Incompetent staff.

I dont like to post reviews but after reading all the negative reviews I have to say something..i went today to do a drug test at this location and I cant say enough nice words to the way they treat me..test was fast and the lab tech was very respectful and professional..i dont know remember hwr name but it was the Africa American lady..thank you for your service.

The worse place on Earth. They are extremely rude, ill-mannered, and disrespectful. They continue to have side conversations and when they call your name they say it as if they are annoyed of you. They work there to help us and take our drug test, but they do it with such attitude almost makes me want to punch them in the throat. They are forgetting we help pay their salary. Stay away from here if possible.

Terrific!!The lady in front desk, I believe named Tina, G. Is extremely rude. its not only she doesnt know how to smile.but, this rude, fat lady made me feel really bad and discomfort with her irrational behavior and dumb questions.I believe, Labcorp is a well reputable company.The management should really work with these issues to save this branch from patients not coming back.Which is so obvious in recent reviews.

I am always a walk in and no matter what time I come in, the staff is friendly, fast, and efficient. The last two pblebotomists I had asked why I was there and I told them my health story and they both gave me a hug and told me they would pray for me and that everything was going to be alright. They were so compassionate. They went way beyond their jobs of just taking my blood. I also have terrible veins because of my many illnesses and they always get it first try. Its clean in the facility and I always leave feeling taken care of. I wont go anywhere else.

Waiting room always full + standing room. Wait time is always over an hour no matter what. Ridiculous. To make it better, have to pay parking meter too. Staff has been friendly Everytime Ive been here

They close for lunch between 12 and 1230 so the doors are locked at that time, they love to talk but not to listen which is why they cant help with anything

Stay away!!!!! The women that work there are rude. Not professional at all. I walked in, signed in and they didnt even acknowledge you. They continued having their conversation like I didnt exist. I will not be returning

Terrible , don’t even waste your time , they never faxed over my blood work & finally when they did and i got my results i was missing a result my doctor called them back & They lost a Tube of my damn blood how irresponsible & unprofessional

HORRIBLE, lady at front desk is slow and cant multi task. Office was empty, 1 person in waiting room and still had to wait. Claims theres no internet and couldnt print my insurance card .

I like that place, because they are very professional and very courteous, plus they are cleaning every so often.
