Went in to get quarters they would not give us any because we were not members will never be now if they treat people this way if you are members there please switch credit unions

Fix your mobil banking app! Without fail it takes 5 minutes of typing my password in over an over until it finally lets me see my money! Wildfire Credit Union mobil banking app also doesn’t update transactions timely causing (me personally) multiple overcharge fees. It’s tiring, and I’m losing money! I don’t trust this bank.

Everyday type banking is a breeze with Wildfire and theyre top notch at that. But, if you have some specific stuff you want done, youre pretty much just a number with them. Dont let the credit union family stuff mislead you into thinking otherwise. Services in those types of areas are dependent on the mood of the person you talk to and can vary greatly because of that.

Everyday banking they are okay but they are slow and plan on at least 20 min wait if your going to the drive thru especially on a Friday

Recently had my wallet stolen and I went in to the bay city wilder location to have a new card printed out. I worked with an older red head named Lori. Upon telling her I had my wallet stolen and was unable to provide my license she ROLLED her eyes and told me she likely would not be able to help me stating I would need to get a new license before coming to get my new card. I explained that I kind of needed money to do so and she once again rolled her eyes, huffed and asked me my security password. ABSOLUTELY everyone else I dealt with at this establishment was kind, and happy to be there. Lori however was WAY less than helpful, and turned this in to way more of a process than ot should of been. I will be trying my best to not return to this particular location.

Wild fire credit union is great! The staff is very friendly as well. They offer online banking as well as walk in, they express that they actually care about you as a individual compared to other banking companies.

Very professional bank, I have met tons of friends from Wildfire over the last 5 years being with them. Every worker is committed to supply the best customer service possible and I couldnt say I have had one bad experiance happen since Ive been with them. If I had a question or concern someone had an answer, if you want a reliable establishment then Wildfire Ctedit Union is your one stop shop!

Not a fan of their credit card fraud prevention mechanism that held me up from checking in to a hotel in San Diego on business. Im already protected by federal law so the protection is for THEM, not me. This had happened on several occasions as I travel a lot for business. Their answer was to call them and tell them Im traveling as well as the dates Ill be traveling. How about no, its none of your business.Other than this theyre good about loans, both long term and short term. I will continue to support credit unions over banks due to the bailouts of 2008. Customer service is excellent and theyre always friendly.

I really liked this place, staff was always kind and helpful. They dont have many locations though so banking and travel is limited, so I hard to part ways. Still giving them 5 stars for friendly and helpful staff.

Ive been a member of this credit union back when it was called Communications Family Credit Union. The staff are excellent and their products are better than any bank. Highly recommended

All the loans I got from them Ive paid off. And now I ask for a loan only $2000 to save my house. I get NO. And the phrase they use ( where here for are costumers ) is wrong. So thanks for nothing in this time of need for help.

They are very friendly and helping here. When we refinanced my car loan, they were great to work with. They have mobile deposit, and they also connect to Mint.

Unable to open account on weekend which is the only time I have off work. Response was to go online. Sounds like customers are numbers here.

Stopped in to get change for a 20$ bill and was told I had to have an account with them to get change. It is the week of the 4th of July and many out of towners are here. What a great way to show them how friendly our town is. Went to Meijer service counter and they were happy to help me with change. Thats crazy you cant get change from a bank, you must go to a store. I guess theyre too important for such nonsense.
