I went to this practice because I was experiencing graet pain from a tooth fragment that was left in my gum by Dr. Stuart 10 years previous. It had happened before, I knew what it was and could feel it with my tongue. The tech took full xrays. Dr. James examined me. He told me it was not a fragment, he said I had TMJ, he wanted to fit me with a series of jumped up mouth guards, then put me in braces to the tune of about $6000.00.Left his office, went to another dentist same day. Dentist looked in my mouth (no xray) and says Yup, tooth fragment. I can see it protruding from the gum. This dentist is an ill tempered charlatan. I would steer clear.

Absolutely atrocious service from the front office. My mother is a previous patient at the office and needed an extraction. The office was very unprofessional when I asked the rationale for a sedation. “There are plenty of other offices in Bay City”, “we don’t have time to wait for you all day” we’re just some of the phrases used.My wife is a dentist a couple of hours away, and when I told her how they were treating my mother, she was absolutely appalled at the service. Nobody should ever succumb to an incompetent office staff with a lack of empathy for their patient pool.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and help take away some of the fear of going to the dentist. I would recommend them to anyone needing to see a dentist
